The Rosenburg vacation rental, measuring 59 square meters and including a partially covered terrace, features two bedrooms—one with a double box-spring bed and the other with a double bed as well. The fifth sleeping option is our pull-out sofa bed in the living area. The living area is open-concept, featuring a kitchen, a dining area for 5 people, and a spacious couch. Here you’ll also find a flat-screen TV (approx. 100 cm) and Wi-Fi for your entertainment. The high-quality kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and egg cooker. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, and mirror cabinet, as well as a towel warmer and toilet. Towels and bed linens are included in the rental price; an extra set can be booked for an additional fee. The terrace, which overlooks the Schambach and Altmühl valleys, faces southeast and is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture—perfect for relaxing, soaking up the sun, and enjoying a cozy evening. This vacation rental is barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. A deposit of 30% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. The remaining balance must be paid in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed in this vacation rental. A beverage refrigerator is available (for a fee). A change of linens (bed linens or towels) is available for 2.50 EUR per person. The base price includes bed linens, towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and parking.
