Vacation Rental 05 in Building 1 of the Weiße Villen is a 2-room vacation rental on the 1st floor that accommodates up to 4 people (2 adults + 1 child, 1 infant).<br><br>Your approximately 61 m² vacation apartment features modern furnishings. It includes a living room, a kitchen integrated into the living area, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony. Vinyl flooring is installed throughout the apartment. The bathroom is tiled. The apartment is approximately 200 meters from the beach. It features wide doorways, making it wheelchair-accessible. (Please note: there is one step leading to the balcony!) <br><br>The living room invites you to relax and unwind. The large windows create a spacious, airy atmosphere. In addition to the standard living room furnishings, such as a comfortable couch, there is, of course, a flat-screen TV. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which faces southwest.<br><br>The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has everything you could ask for. It has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses.<br><br>The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). One free outdoor parking space (No. 5) is available for your car. It is located directly in front of the house.
