There are plenty of shopping options for your daily needs right in the immediate vicinity. Weekly markets, featuring fresh fruits and vegetables, invite you to sample their offerings. Spain’s largest shopping center, “La Zenia Park,” is just a 5-minute drive away. There isn’t a single European fashion brand you won’t find here.

Torrevieja offers the culture and theater of a major city and treats its guests to a wide range of events. Many stores selling fashion and trendy accessories await your visit. In addition to expansive natural areas for walking and relaxing, you’ll find playgrounds for children, go-kart tracks, sports fields, and several water parks.

Shopping, restaurants, and small shops are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Additional restaurants, banks, bars, cafés, doctors, pharmacies, etc., are located approximately 1,100 m away. Or reserve the affordable in-house guest car, which is available in the guest garage upon request. Airport transfer is included. Free parking is available in front of the complex. A secure garage space beneath the apartment can be provided for 5 euros per day.

You’re just 1,500 meters from the palm-lined beach with the idyllic seaside restaurant Nautilus.
