The Space:

Sanibel Arms B3 is equipped with a king bedroom overlooking the peaceful dynamic of the adjoining direct access canal. There is a bathroom featuring a walk in shower and single vanity in the hallway off the bedroom. This residence also features a fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and high speed internet! Located only a matter of steps to the beach access, guests will find themselves in close proximity to the iconic Sanibel Lighthouse as well as restaurants including Mudbugs, El Cielo, Lighthouse Cafe, Wickie's and Lazy Flamingo, all located just a short bike ride from the front door of this residence.



*The pool at Sanibel Arms is not currently open and while the association is working on finishing it, we do not have an estimated date of completion at this time.



This property is professionally managed by Rosen Vacations. Guests can expect the highest quality towels, linens, and guest supplies to be awaiting them upon check in. Guests can also expect 24/7 concierge assistance for any need, large or small, during their stay.

We recommend a rental car or golf cart or bikes to get around.

We are available as much as needed but provide guests space to enjoy their vacation in peace and tranquility.

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. Dock space is first come first serve and not guaranteed, although it is generally plentiful.
