Escape to Casa Conch, a stunning beachfront retreat just 5.2 miles north of San Pedro Town. This unique two-level beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm, complete with a private rooftop terrace for breathtaking ocean views and sunset lounging. Wake up to the sound of the waves, spend your days steps from the sea, and unwind in a peaceful setting designed for relaxation and unforgettable island living.

Golf Carts are the main form of transportation on the island. But taxis are available upon request. We can help you book carts and your taxi. Our concierges, Cecelia and Ezequiel, live a short distance from the house and are available for any emergencies. They are very friendly and would be happy to help you plan your tours and activities for an amazing experience.
Experience the comfort and versatility of Casa Conch, a spacious two-level beachfront retreat designed for relaxation and convenience. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, and all essential cookware, along with a welcoming living area complete with a cozy sofa set and TV. A dining space, one queen bedroom, and 1.5 bathrooms make it ideal for smaller groups or added privacy.

Upstairs, the second floor offers its own full kitchen, bright living room with sofa and TV, and a dining area perfect for shared meals. This level includes two bedrooms with queen beds and 2.5 bathrooms, providing ample space for families or groups traveling together.

Step outside and head up to the rooftop terrace, where you’ll enjoy stunning views of the beach and ocean—perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. With its thoughtful layout and full amenities on both levels, Casa Conch is ideal for extended stays, group getaways, or a peaceful escape by the sea.

People rent golf carts here to get around. We use only the best companies on the island and will help you book a reliable cart for your stay.

The house was perfect for our stay. The deck and little hut at the end was so lovely to hang out on. We felt super safe and comfortable. The two floors not being connected from the inside is great if you come with two groups and want some space and privacy!

The house had everything we needed. The views and private dock were amazing! Ester and the team at Pelican Reef were absolutely amazing!!! Ester helped book several excursions for us, recommended restaurants, whatever we needed. The house is a little farther out which is great for privacy but slightly inconvenient to access restaurants and stores.

Best vacation ever

We had the best time staying at casa conch. Esther the property manager went above and beyond to make us feel at home and set us up with all the excursions and things to do it was amazing. We will definitely be coming back!!

Wonderful getaway

Privacy and serenity

The communication on this property was excellent and everything was as described. Esther and Caesar took good care of us and provided everything we needed. It was a lovely, peaceful stay with private dock and palapa. The rooftop deck was nice as well. I would stay there again.

Great property. We are divers so this worked out fabulously for us. The management team was excellent at handling everything. Ester made our stay amazing, even handled our first night of food. She is excellent in her communication, helpful, kind, and professional. The location is very remote. That is exactly what we wanted. There is a dock for easy pick up and drop off. We used Oceanic Expeditions for our diving every year. (A little shout out) The home was clean, comfortable, and fairly well stocked with everything we needed. Samuel came and took care of the grounds and made sure everything was in good working order. The sun rises and sun sets from the dock are spectacular. We even saw a crocodile and tons of little fish.

Awesome house

We loved our stay in Belize, and the house was perfect. The only complaint was that the mattresses were all cratered to the middle and time for a replacement. However, we would all stay there again, and loved the private pier!

Great place to stay

Spacious, clean, well equipped, mattress comfy, staff wonderful. My husband has back issues & he was happy with this bed. It is a bit far & rough golf cart ride, but we were aware. It wasn’t a problem for us. I would book again.

Lovely Stay

We had a superb time at Casa Conch. The house had plenty of space and the dock was great for snorkeling and relaxing. We brought some yard games and enjoyed the location as much as we could. We ventured into town for groceries and shopping, but really it was just nice being around the house and it’s low key atmosphere. Ester was so helpful and pleasant to work with—she went above and beyond. She really made the stay super easy and relaxing:)

Amazing stay, unbelievable service, excellent recommendations. Alfonso was amazing in his services around the property. Our group of 6 enjoyed the pier and rooftop very much. The only complaint is the road...but not enough to discourage anyone from staying here. Cant wait to come back

Nice place to relaz

It's a bit out of town but there are restaurants nearby. Rent a golf cart for sure and everything is easily accessible. House was clean and the couple of issues we had were taken care of quickly. Everyone on the island is very nice. The rooftop deck is great so get some chairs up there.

Happily recommend!

The house was great! Very clean and comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. The property management staff were superb! Shout out to Ester, Caesar, and Raf! The private pier was the best! Great for fishing, snorkling, swimming, and chilling. The location was a bit out of town but we loved the seclusion. The trip to town wasn't bad at and gave us time to check out the scenery and views.

Beautiful Rental

This property is great and the management team was very helpful. We really enjoyed the pier. At night, you can walk it with a flashlight and see lots of lobsters and crabs. In the day, you can snorkel under it to see a variety of tropical fish. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only slight downside is that it's a bit of a golf cart ride from the main town and that the two floors are not connected from inside the rental, but those were both very minor issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful first stay in Belize

We had a great time at Casa Conch. It was a very comfortable house and as described on its page and pictures. The staff from Pelican Reef was extremely helpful in recommending and setting up excellent outings and Ester was a highly responsive host during the week in person and by WhatsApp. The home had everything we needed. The dock was fantastic with fishing, relaxing and being picked up directly for our adventures. It was about a 25 min mostly unpaved ride to town, but we knew that before booking and it did not stop us from going most days. Only a few restaurants within 10 minutes, but lots of great choices within 20 min and we were able to cook our fish several nights. We felt safe in the location as well. We would certainly recommend.

Beautiful and quiet

We loved this house! Our kids stayed upstairs and my husband and I stayed on the main level. The only bad thing is the long bumpy ride to and from town, 25 minutes in a gold cart. The roads are horrible and jolting.
