We have an event venue in this building, so events may take place during your stay. Ongoing construction in other parts of the building may cause some noise during business hours.
1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
2. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. There are other tenants and guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum during these hours.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels, wipes, or sanitary products).
5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $150 late fee. Late check-out until 12:00 PM (noon) is available for $30 and early check-in from 1:00 PM is available for $30, both upon request and subject to availability.
6. This building has an event venue on the top floor. We may have events going on there during your stay.
7. There is ongoing construction on the lower levels of the building, so some noise may be expected during business hours.
8. Visitors are allowed during the daytime only, and the total number of people in the room may never exceed the maximum occupancy of the listing.
9. We are unable to hold or store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
