GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the entire private condo, including the living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, lanai, in-unit washer/dryer, and enclosed garage for parking and storage. The home is part of the Pili Mai resort community in Poipu. Guests also have access to shared community amenities including the resort pool with covered lounge seating, spa, children's pool, fitness center, and BBQ areas. Additional parking is available in front of the unit and throughout the complex.

An absolute gem on Kauai! Truly felt like a home away from home.We had the most wonderful stay on Kauai from October 3rd to October 12th, and despite keeping hearing concerns online or from others advising not to visit right now after Lowell, our experience was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome from everyone on the island, turning what could have been a hesitant trip into an overwhelmingly positive and unforgettable experience.First, the location is great, conveniently situated and making it so easy to explore the beauty of the Garden Isle. The rental itself is fantastic, especially if you love to cook. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, if you are a cook, you will absolutely fall in love with this space! We had a very comfy bed and pillows. We loved relaxing in the patio, and BTW, this place is close to the pool too. The home was exceptionally clean, and felt completely welcoming from the moment we walked in. Having a washer and dryer on-site was a huge plus, and having beach gear and all the little extra amenities made hitting the island's shores a breeze and truly made us feel right at home.Finally, the hosts, Spencer and Amy, were wonderful. They were super responsive, incredibly helpful, and always there if anything was needed.Thank you so much, Spencer and Amy, for a wonderful stay. We couldn't have asked for a better island getaway!

Aloha! I'm Spencer. I bought this condo the moment I stood on the lanai and saw the 9th hole green stretching out in front of me. I knew there was nothing else like it on Kauai. When I'm not working, you'll find me on the golf course or with my family, and I've played every course on the island more times than I can count. I love hosting because I get to share the place I love most. I'm hands-off during your stay but always a quick message away.

Poipu is Kauai's sunny side - while the north shore gets the rain, the south shore gets about 300 days of sunshine a year. Everything is minutes away: Poipu Beach, Spouting Horn, Old Koloa Town, and two golf courses. Pili Mai is one of the newest communities in Poipu, and this unit sits right on the Kiahuna 9th hole green, so you get resort amenities with a front-row seat to the greenest view on the south shore. Evenings here are the best part - sunsets over the course and live music drifting over from the clubhouse.
