The living and dining area, featuring an open kitchen, has been stylishly designed. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Step out from the living and dining area onto the spacious balcony, which offers a unique view of Lake Chiemsee. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, the living room features a new box-spring sofa with a sleeping surface measuring 90x200m. The bathroom, featuring a spa shower, rounds out this vacation home. This beautifully laid-out vacation dream is located on the top floor of the Chiemseestrand vacation residence.
This is a non-smoking apartment. One dog is welcome—an additional charge of 15 euros per night applies. If you plan to bring two dogs, please discuss this with us before booking.
For stays of 4 nights or more, a complimentary linen package is included, which consists of bed linens, towels (1 regular towel and 2 shower towels per person), bath mats, and dish towels. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available in the basement area of the complex. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.

Here, you have free access to the small indoor pool, the sauna, the large children’s playroom, the foosball and table tennis room, a small fitness room, and a large lounge. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The parking space is located directly in front of the building. Electric cars are also accommodated: the on-site wallbox can be used for a fee. Bicycles can be stored in the bike garage. There’s even space for a few SUP boards in specially installed racks.
