Beautiful vacation home in a quiet location near the harbor—pure relaxation! The 80 m² apartment, which sleeps up to 5 adults and 1 child in a travel crib, is located on the right side of the first floor of the house at Fritz-Bleyl-Weg 14.
The bright apartment features a spacious living room with an adjoining dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (each sleeping two people), and a bathroom with a shower.
The tastefully furnished living room features a cozy leather sofa set, a 43-inch flat-screen smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and a mini hi-fi system.
From the living room, you step out onto a spacious terrace with a garden. Here, patio furniture and a parasol invite you to relax.
The new, modern, fully equipped kitchen, which adjoins the living room, includes a coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a freezer with two drawers, among other appliances. There is plenty of dishware, silverware, and kitchen equipment, as well as a high chair for the little ones. Please bring your own dish towels, dish soap, paper towels, etc. Two dishwasher tablets are provided to get you started.
The dining area by a large window offers a magnificent view of the garden and the pond beyond.
In the bedrooms, you’ll sleep in double beds (180x200 cm). An additional rollaway bed can be booked for the bedrooms (10€/day). One bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen satellite TV.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
The apartment features beech wood flooring (parquet) in the living area, as well as a walk-in shower with a glass wall in the bathroom, which was renovated in 2022.
If needed, a washing machine and dryer are available on the first floor. Please bring your own laundry detergent.
In the garden, which you are welcome to use, there is a slide, a swing, and a sandbox for the children. There is also a grill and a seating area.
You can store your sports equipment and bicycles in the attached garage.
Each apartment comes with a parking space on the property.
Pets are welcome! We charge a flat fee of €45 per stay for each pet.
The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your vacation both relaxing and unforgettable. You’ll also be regularly updated on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff are also always happy to assist you.
You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly from the previous one and lead directly to the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

The vacation home at Fritz-Bleyl-Weg 14 is located on the edge of a quiet residential area. South of the house is a small, fenced-in lake where rainwater is collected. There is also plenty of space there for your four-legged friends to run around.
You can reach the harbor in Burgstaaken on foot in about 10 minutes, passing by typical lakeside restaurants as well as the popular Cafe Kontor.
At the fishing harbor, you’ll find many attractions for all ages, such as the walk-through submarine with its submarine museum, as well as the Experimenta and two indoor play parks, to name just a few.
Just a few minutes’ drive or bike ride away lies the island’s most beautiful beach, the Südstrand.
