The building has an elevator. Use of the swimming pool is free—the fee is already included in the rental price and requires no additional charges. Here, you’ll enjoy a very central location with shopping options and a bakery right nearby. From the balcony, you’ll feel like you’re sitting in the front row at Gosch and Grande Beach.
