We are a family of four (2 adults + 2 children), and we are among the lucky ones who were able to purchase an apartment right on the beach in Sveti Vlas. We’ve lovingly furnished the apartment for ourselves and for our vacations in Bulgaria.
Unfortunately, we only have a limited number of vacation days, so we also offer the apartment for vacation rentals.

Sveti Vlas is located north of the provincial capital Burgas, between Sunny Beach and the resort village of Elenite. Sveti Vlas is a seaside resort where the southern Balkan Mountains meet the Black Sea. The town has a unique microclimate with average summer temperatures of 26 °C and at least 90 days of sunshine during the season.

The UNESCO World Heritage Site and municipal center of Nessebar is located 10 km from Sveti Vlas. Burgas lies 35 km further south. There is regular bus service between the towns.

Sveti Vlas has a 1,000-meter-long beach that slopes gently into the sea. It is lined with hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, shops, and parks. Sveti Vlas, in contrast to the nearby Sunny Beach, has been one of the country’s luxury resorts, especially since the construction of the Marina Dinevi yacht marina.

You’ll be staying at the Sveti Vlas marina, where you’ll find many restaurants, shops, bars, and more. From the apartment, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view across the complex’s garden, looking directly out onto the Black Sea.
