The "WasserSpiel" vacation rental is perfect for anyone who likes a little extra space. Spanning approximately 92 square meters on the upper floor of our vacation home, it accommodates up to six people in three bedrooms. Despite its hillside location, you can still enter the apartment comfortably at ground level. Everything is decorated in a modern Scandinavian style: light colors, clean lines, and cozy furniture that instantly put you in a vacation mood.

The heart of the apartment is the large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa area and a cozy reading chair. Here, you can put your feet up and let your gaze wander through the large windows and across the balcony into nature. The dining area is also located in the same room—perfect for playing together, eating, or simply winding down at the end of the day. From the living room, you have direct access to the balcony, which becomes a second outdoor living room on warm days.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and a delight even for amateur chefs: Here you’ll find everything you need to treat your family or friends to a special meal while on vacation—from a cozy breakfast to a leisurely dinner.

On the lower level of the apartment are the modern, natural-light-filled shower room and the master bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed—ideal for a particularly restful night’s sleep. A steep (!) staircase leads to the upper level of the apartment, where two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds, await. Here, too, everything is bright and inviting, in keeping with the accommodation’s overall Scandinavian style.

All bedrooms feature blackout pleated blinds and insect screens—perfect for late sleepers, children, and anyone who wants to sleep with fresh air but without mosquitoes. The stairs are secured at the top and bottom with safety roller shades, so that toddlers cannot climb up or crawl down on their own.

On warm summer days, you’re just a few steps away from Wittensee with its enchanting swimming spot and small beach—perfect for swimming, splashing around, stand-up paddleboarding, or simply cooling off. When the weather takes on a Nordic feel, our play barn with an indoor play area on the property ensures fun for young and old alike: Here, you can run around to your heart’s content, jump on the trampoline, play foosball, and climb—all while being well protected from the wind and weather.
