Welcome to the 3-room vacation apartment “MeerZeit No. 3” in an exclusive location in Neustadt in Holstein. The approximately 65 m² vacation apartment, featuring high-quality furnishings, is located on the first floor of a multi-unit building constructed in 2023 and is within walking distance of “Ancora Marina,” the largest private marina on the Baltic Sea.

The apartment features a beautiful combined living and dining area with access to the balcony, as well as two bedrooms. The modern kitchen, well-equipped with an oven, stove, and dishwasher, is integrated into the combined living and dining area. Here, you can wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine or enjoy game nights or TV evenings together.
Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm each); one also features a TV. The high-quality bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. A parking space in the building’s underground garage is included. Parking for your e-bikes is available upon request.

The vacation rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay.
