Enjoy your well-deserved vacation just a stone’s throw from the picturesque Steinhuder Meer. Our lovingly designed vacation home awaits you in the idyllic and peaceful village of Hagenburg, just a leisurely 10-minute drive from the shores of the Steinhuder Meer.

Welcome to our spacious vacation home, which spans 124 square meters and has everything you could ask for.

Within walking distance, you’ll find a bakery, a liquor store, a snack bar, and the local savings bank. You can also easily reach a pharmacy and two supermarkets (EDEKA and Aldi) by bike. The house is located right on a picturesque dirt road that’s perfect for relaxing walks with the whole family, including your four-legged friend.

The nearest bus stop is just 500 meters away.

From there, you can reach the charming downtown area of Wunstorf in just 10 minutes—the perfect spot for shopping and enjoying ice cream.

The state capital, Hanover, is just a 35-minute trip away. Visit the historic old town, various museums, or the Hanover Zoo. Round out your visit with a walk around Lake Maschsee or explore the magnificent Herrenhausen Gardens.

Our house was built in 2009 and has been lovingly maintained ever since. Enjoy your morning coffee on our inviting terrace and take a refreshing dip in the pool.

The house has two bedrooms, each equipped with box-spring beds measuring 180x200 cm. There’s also a cozy reading room with a pull-out couch (140x190 cm), which is perfect for our little overnight guests.

The modern bathroom features a spacious shower and adds to your comfort.

The spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking together as a family, while the open-concept living and dining area offers plenty of room for everyone.

Towels and bed linens are included in the price, and all windows have exterior blinds. Bicycles can be stored safely in the garage.
