Villa Paradies está ubicada en el SW de Cape Coral en uno de los pocos lagos que tienen acceso directo al mar abierto. El tranquilo vecindario y el hermoso ambiente del "Lago" hablan por sí mismos. La casa solo se completó a principios de 2010 y, por lo tanto, cuenta con la última tecnología (acceso gratuito a Internet disponible) y muebles. Fun Florida Getaway

We had a busy vacation, that had us up and at’em from sun up to sun down every day. This home was comfy and just the perfect place to call home away from home !! We enjoyed the spa every night after a long day, and loved the convenience and cleanliness of the kitchen.

Very good accommodation

Nothing to complain. Excellent Villa in a quite and nice neighbourhood. Bright and very well equipped. Check-in and Check-out without any problems.The administrator was always available and immediately took car of everything. We can recommend this accommodation without reservation.

Absolutely beautiful home!!!

Beautiful home. Amazing view!!!! Screened in porch with pool and hot tub was very enjoyable. Close to everything. We definitely enjoyed this house and would love to come back here again. A little delayed messages with the owner through VRBO when checking in but nothing serious and was taken care of right away. The house was clean and the kitchen provided everything we needed. The furniture is really comfy and so was the beds. My family and I really love this house and enjoyed our stay. I especially love how nice and peaceful and comfortable it was enjoying the back patio and the scenery. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Beautiful home on a wide canal

Quite nice property. We had received the incorrect key code, so a little tense at the beginning. My only complaint was the cable TV was very limited. I missed the NCAA basketball tournament for the most part, as the cable did not offer ESPN, or Turner. Most of the games I could not watch. Quite a nice neighborhood , close to Cape Coral Parkway, and Publix

We spent a great 10 days here. Home is beautiful, clean; pool enhanced our stay. Kitchen is well provisioned and furniture comfortable (queen bed could use a new mattress). Location is good for supermarkets and restaurants. We’d go back in a heartbeat!

Fantastic lake home, Immaculately Clean, quiet neighborhood

We rented 7 weeks in 2019 and are returning for 12 weeks in 2020. It’s a beautiful home, smartly furnished, immaculately clean, located on a small lake connected directly to the Gulf, in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of all the restaurants and shopping you want. The owner lives in Germany and we rented directly with him, although he also uses a local property management firm Vesteva, who was great at Check-In and beyond. Great room concept with amazing full open glass back wall to shaded patio and screen cage heated pool (electric and solar heating available). Beautiful and quiet lake with fish, eagles, and we saw two dolphins on our last day. Very comfortable master king bed and chamber. Split floor plan, so any guests are on other side of house. We loved the layout and the neighborhood. Walked every day, and watched the protected burrowing owls at their nests. Highly rated restaurants less than 5-10 minutes away. Neighborhood Walmart and Publix high-end supermarket 5 mins away. Highly recommend this property for a nice stay. We plan to return each year for our winter get-away.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay in this gorgeous house! The house itself was shear perfection. It was immaculate, the location was central to everything we needed, and the views were perfect from every window! There were even friendly neighbors. The management company was top notch and even checked in with us on Christmas Eve to make sure everything was perfect. The owner communicated with us very well. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! We are hoping to stay in this property again in the future!

Tolles Ferienhaus in sehr schöner ruhiger Lage an einem der Seen in Cape Coral

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub in Florida braucht. Viel Platz, alles sehr sauber mit einem tollen Pool und einem Bootssteg, sehr schöner Blick auf den See. Es liegt sehr günstig in Cape Coral, Publix gleich in der Nähe, die Stände von Sanibel, Captiva und Fort Myers sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Simply Paradise in Cape Coral!

So pleasantly surprised that the home was in the exact condition the photos were on VRBO! The home was in great condition and more secluded then we originally thought possible. The kitchen was perfect size and had all the utensils we needed for all the barbecuing we did! The pool over looking the dock and canal was breathtaking! Our favorite was waking up to dozens of manatees most mornings! Love, Love, Loved our stay in Paradise!

Beautiful house - updated & in good repair

This is a beautiful house in Cape Coral. I can't convey the relaxing atmosphere of the pool area & dock. Beautiful 'Lake' ambience. House had all the updated features we wanted. The owners & property manager keep it good shape & are attentive to the tenants needs. I would love to stay here again!

Ein Urlaub so schön wie kein anderer!!

Nach einer längeren Reise quer durch die Welt sind wir in dieser Traumvilla gelandet. Hier konnten wir so richtig ausspannen und uns wohlfühlen. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Villa ist top in Schuss und sehr sauber. Noch in keinem Urlaub habe ich mich so wohlgefühlt. Jederzeit zu empfehlen! Das einzig traurige ist der Tag der Abreise.... danke für alles!!

Da uns die Villa Paradies schon vom Foto her sehr angesprochen hat, sind wir mit einem guten Gefühl dorthin angereist. - wir wurden in keiner Weise enttäuscht - es ist ein sehr modernes, gepflegtes, sauberes Haus,hübsch und zweckmässig eingerichtet, sehr gute Betten, schöner Pool,und einen Aussengrill, auf welchem wir mehrere Male "Amerikanische Steaks" gegrillt haben! Ausserdem ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt um verschiedene Strände und auch Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Selbstverständlich würden wir es weiteren Freunden empfehlen - waren schon zusammen (zu sechst) letztes Jahr dort und allen hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

Urlaub im Haus Paradise

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Cape Coral Florida. Wir waren begeistert. Die Villa Paradise ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und über den kleinen See direkt am Haus ist der Golf von Mexiko mit dem Boot in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 1km entfernt. Vor Ort wurden wir von der Verwalterfirma sehr gut betreut. Wir können dieses Haus nur bestens weiterempfehlen.
