The terrace faces southeast, set back from the street, so you can enjoy your breakfast in peace first thing in the morning. The complex features a playground for the little ones. Pets are warmly welcome here. Parking for your car is available in an underground garage. You don’t have to cross any streets to get to the beach—it’s just an 80-meter walk.
