Walchen is a picturesque village in the shadow of the majestic Hohe Tauern mountains. This picturesque location offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities all year round. In summer, you can enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling routes in the surrounding mountains and relax at Lake Zell. In winter, the area is popular for its many skiing and snowboarding opportunities in the nearby ski resort.
