Had some issues with door code being very long and very time sensitive. Other than that, no complaints. We had a great time. Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc.

Beautiful large property with a Norman Rockwell view from the back deck. At checkout, the host sent our list of exit chores. It was, "Do nothing; we'll take care of it."

Mimi's Ranch house is absolutely amazing! Our family spent three wonderful days in this beautiful welcoming home. Everything you need is there. Beach is just down the road, zoo, and redwood park all just a super short drive away.Plenty of entertainment at the house as well, the creek, and views are breathtaking. Board games, books, huge family room to gather and enjoy each other's company! We hope to visit again soon! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Beautiful property

This property was very beautiful. The house has everything you need. It was perfect for our family vacation. The house is older but has been well maintained and cleaned. We would definitely stay there again!

Very grateful to vacation with my family

My four kids and I had plenty of space and really enjoyed the views. The beautiful deck and creek were lovely. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals for my family.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family loved this vacation home. It was perfect for our large group and accommodating all ages. Beautiful area, close to all amenities and oh so quiet. Take a walk thru the covered bridge or head to the beach. We will be back.

The house was PERFECT for our family/friends gathering. It far exceeded our expectations!

Property and location are fantastic! Lots of extra touches that helped make our stay very special - all the cooking tools and gadgets you could ask for, a basket full of lap robes for cold mornings, and extremely comfortable beds/couches/chairs. We will be back!

Beautiful Setting

The property has a beautiful setting. It is a little farther out from Arcata but it is a lovely setting near the creek. The home is well appointed with everything you need. The home is older but very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

Top Notch Home

This was an excellent property. The location sublime, private and 70's ranch galore. Would recommend it to anyone that wants privacy but not isolated.

Great location, beautiful home!

This is an absolutely beautiful home and property. The home has everything you need to cook a beautiful meal and enjoy it with family/friends on the gorgeous deck overlooking the covered bridge. The beds are super comfortable and the living room is a wonderful respite away from the busy kitchen. A+ home.

Home away from home

Beautiful house with a great layout, everything you need is there as if it was your own home. The bridge is breathtaking and the creek is a plus for the kids and dogs. We were 7 and we were very comfortable.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Ranch House and both visits were a 5. Lot's of space and the set up is great for activities throughout the house. Great space outside with the deck and grill.

Very spacious, everything was well stocked (eg towels, dishes, kitchenettes, basic cooking ingredients like oil, etc), and SPOTLESS! All my friends loved the place - very peaceful and quiet place. It’s only a 10-minute drive from Arcata so very convenient for accessing groceries and restaurants. I will use this place again if I go near Eureka!
