Renovated in January 2025, this ~45m² apartment with a spacious balcony is located in the heart of the lively Lend district, making it the perfect spot to explore my beautiful hometown. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a wide selection of cafés, restaurants, shops, and markets, all within walking distance. Situated on a side street off Lendplatz and therefore in a quiet location, the apartment is modernly furnished and offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests (pull-out sofa) and is located on the 1st floor. It has 2 rooms. The first room serves as the living and dining area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a (sleeper) sofa. The second room houses the bedroom and a workspace. Both (bright) rooms have access to the large balcony. The bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, and a washer-dryer. You can easily reach the apartment via an elevator. A covered parking spot is available right in front of the apartment for an additional fee. Guests have access to all areas of the apartment. This apartment is located in the heart of Lend, Graz’s young and hip trendy neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from the Mur River. Many small boutiques and bars, as well as museums and art studios, are located nearby. Practically right on your doorstep is Lendplatz, home to the farmers’ market for early risers and market stalls for night owls. The city of Graz charges a €2.50 overnight stay and tourism tax per person per night. This is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on site. You have the option to rent a covered parking space directly at the property; this costs €20 per day.
