This modernized 2-room vacation apartment, furnished with new furniture, is located on the 3rd floor of the Wiking apartment building. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator.

The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, a dining table, and a large TV. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available here. The new kitchen, which adjoins the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a stove with two burners.

You can enjoy the sun on the balcony, which features a large table with four chairs. A partial lake view is included here.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable new double bed (180x200, full-length mattress), a wardrobe, and two nightstands. The tastefully decorated bathroom features a round shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a large mirrored cabinet.

You can park your car free of charge in a single-car garage (215 cm wide, 185 cm high, 480 cm deep) for the duration of your stay. In addition, you have access to your own small storage room where you can safely store your bicycles. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Up to two dogs are welcome!
