Responsive host, beautiful place with all that was needed

Good location to drive out to different places in the island. Sa Pobla has great local food restaurants. Overall a great experience!

A very nice place, away from the hustle and bustle of typical holiday accommodations

Perfect for people and families who want to experience the true atmosphere of Mallorca rather than a tourist resort. There are many restaurants and cafés in the area. Everything is close by.

Nice stay in a modern house

Spacious and modern great lounge and upper terrace with a distant view of the beautiful mountains and very close to the main square in sa pobla. The only problem we had was with our tv instructions being in German courtesy of a previous guest but our host came immediately and sorted it out for us.

Really enjoyed our stay in Sa Pobla

Perfect location for the main square and nearby bars and restaurants. Short walk to supermarkets too. Parking in the garage was tricky but plenty of parking a short walk away for free if coming and going during the day. Not far in the car from lovely beaches. Appartment itself well-decorated and clean on arrival. We were a family of four and plenty of space, easily could accommodate two more people comfortably. Lots of crockery. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great apartment for a private stay in Mallorca

One of the rooms is located right at a (at least on weekends) busy street. The rest of the apartment is quite quiet. The tree bathrooms are great. The couch is comfy and there is a lot of pans to be also able to cook. The garage is located near the apartment, however, it is important to have a small car, else it won't have enough space in its parking space.

Perfect apartment!

From easy communication and immediate feedback and flexible check out time by the host we were just blown away by the apartment. The beautiful pictures don't even give full justice! Everything was spot on clean, each room was well designed and thought through regarding amenities, essentials, decoration. Parking is around two corners, downtown with reataurants, cafes and supermarket are 100m away from the apartment. 100% recommend, we loved it here. Maybe not the best spot with small kids as the stairs are steep, but overall just a wonderful apartment!

Los días en sa poblà no podrían haber sido mejores

Es difícil encontrar una ubicación central para recorrer la isla, sin embargo desde aquí, pudimos recorrer muchos lugares tales como, Sa calobra, Pollença, playa del muro, Alcúdia, Sóller, fornalutx, cala Mondragó, cala S’Amarador y cala agulla. Un muy buen pantallazo de Mallorca en solo 5 días. Es cerca de formentor, pero no pudimos ir porque las rutas están cerradas para turistas en verano. La casa es impecable. Hermosa, funcional, con todo lo necesario que te invita a volver después de un día largo de playa y descansar. Cocina súper completa para 8 personas. Muy recomendable. El pueblo es muy animado en verano, con bares cerca y restaurantes a 2 minutos a pie. También hay un supermercado a 5 minutos a pie. Repito, la casa es un 10.

Mallorca ursprünglich erlebt

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Sa Pobla, nur wenige Schritte vom belebten Marktplatz entfernt. Sie befindet sich in der ersten Etage und ist mit den hohen Decken, den offenen Steinwänden und den Balken ein Hingucker. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Räumlichkeiten haben an den wichtigsten Stellen Klimaanlagen und die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Der Wohnraum mit offener Treppe und Glaselementen ist ein Highlight. Auf dem Dach befindet sich eine Dachterrasse mit Grill und in der ersten Etage, an der Küche gelegen, ein kleiner Hof mit Sitzmöglichkeit. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen. Sa Pobla ist weniger touristisch, so kann man Mallorca auf eine andere Seite kennenlernen. Es gibt viele Restaurants und mehrere Supermärkte. An die Wohnung angeschlossen ist auch eine Garage, diese ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben keinerlei Verbesserungsvorschläge :)

Veľmi sme si nás pobyt užili a odporúčame každému.

Celý proces od rezervácie až po odchod bol veľmi jasne vysvetlený a jednoduchý, ocenili sme flexibilitu príchodu vďaka online inštrukciám. Ubytovanie je v tichej čistej uličke, skvelý prístup k reštauráciám a obchodom. Zodpovedá popisu, v dome je veľmi príjemne, čisto, k dispozícii všetko potrebné na viacdňový pobyt.

Ausstattung top, Küche mit allem ausgestattet, Grill in super Zustand

Zusätzlich gibt es Sonnenschirme für den Strand und liegen für die Terrasse, nur 30m vom Hauptplatz sa Pobla entfernt. Tiefgarage sehr eng und ca 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt, Steile Stiegen ohne Sicherheit für kleine Kinder und ohne Handlauf - Für Babys und Kleinkinder recht gefährlich Man kommt überall auf der Insel mit dem Auto super schnell hin zB 20min Strand Alcudia oder 35 min Strand Palma. Die Unterkunft eignet sich also super wenn man die Gegend erkunden möchte.

Propre, grande, belle… L’emplacement est idéal dans la ville (boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie, supermarché, bar & restaurant etc… + parking) et sur l’île (rien n’est jamais bien loin) Excellent !!

Schöne Unterkunft im ruhigen Ort

Wir waren zu dritt für ein paar Tage in der Unterkunft. Alles wie auf den Fotos, sehr schön. Nur etwas mehr Handtücher hätten wir uns gewünscht und die Klimageräte müssten mal gereinigt werden, da diese von innen sehr verdreckt sind. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Da wir die Vormittage jeweils remote gearbeitet haben, war eine stabile und schnelle Internetverbindung wichtig. Wir haben die Information zum WLAN im Vorfeld erhalten und es hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Die Lage ist gut um alles auf der Insel schnell zu erreichen, allerdings ist hier ein Mietwagen Pflicht. Im Ort selbst gibt es nicht viel zu tun, dafür ist es recht ruhig. Ein Garagenstellplatz wird mitvermietet, mit einem großen Auto (Alfa Romeo Stelvio) ist allerdings Fingerspitzengefühl gefragt, da die Garage sehr eng und voll ist und der Stellplatz der letzte in der hintersten Ecke ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief immer schnell und freundlich. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Hervorragend

Die Unterkunft liegt zwar in einem kleinen Ort. Jedoch sind alle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten der Insel super zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und hat selbst uns als begeisterte Hobbyköche Nichts vermissen lassen. Die Treppen im gesamten Haus sind sehr steil. Für einen sicheren Auf- und Abgang hätten wir uns einen Handlauf gewünscht. Die Dachterrasse mit Grill konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil wir nur Vormittags Sonne gehabt hätten und es abends aufgrund unserer Reisezeit - 21.12. bis 04.01. - zu kalt gewesen wäre. Im Sommer sicherlich ein Top-Spot.

Bonnes vacances en famille aux Baléares

Nous avons passé quelques jours à Sa Pobla qui est une petite ville très typique et vivante des animations tous les soir. L'appartement est juste à côté de la place principale, mais très calme. Superbe déco, très bien équipé et climatisé. Il y a une place de parking couverte à proximité. Idéal pour rayonner sur Majorque
