Completed in 2014, the house was built with antique red bricks and is framed by planted hedgerows and a spacious lawn. The bright and spacious house, spread over three levels (first floor, first floor, and basement), measures approximately 234 m² and offers ample space for two to eight people. This house thrives on its open and spacious layout. Nearly the entire first floor is dedicated to a combined living and dining area with a fireplace and an open kitchen. The bedrooms on the upper floor derive their unique character from the gables that open upward. In the basement, a sauna with a relaxation room invites you to unwind. The first floor features large-format, high-quality natural limestone flooring; the upper floor has solid wood planks; and the entire basement and bathrooms are also finished with limestone. The entire house is furnished with modern, high-quality interior design elements.
