The well-maintained Seepark Sellin, with its white houses, was built in the classic seaside resort architectural style. The Seepark Promenade, which begins right in the complex, leads you conveniently to the town center via Wilhelmstraße and directly to the beach and the famous pier. The South Beach is about 750 m away. Take the Bäderbahn as a shuttle to both beaches. Seepark offers a varied and relaxing stay in every season. Right next door is the Ahoi! water park, open year-round, featuring water attractions as well as sauna and wellness facilities. Restaurants, shopping, and the stops for the Rasender Roland narrow-gauge railway, the regular buses, and the Bäderbahn (free with a spa pass) are all located within the complex. Do you enjoy playing mini-golf? No problem—you can rent clubs and balls at the Seepark. Are you more drawn to the water? From the Sellin pier, for example, you can take a ferry directly to Sassnitz, Binz, or Göhren for a coffee break and a stroll, or you can opt for a round-trip cruise and head toward Cape Arkona to the legendary chalk cliffs with their spectacular Königsstuhl. You’ll be even closer to the water at Sellin Lake. The evening sun bathes the Zicker Mountains and Sellin Lake in a beautiful glow. Haus Mönchgut, Apt. 624 “Ostseetraum” with balcony:

The light-filled “Ostseetraum” apartment, with its many floor-to-ceiling windows, is a non-smoking unit located on the 1st floor of Haus Mönchgut (Building 14 / No. 624). At approximately 52 m², it is comfortable and spacious, accommodating up to 2 adults and 1 child up to 16 years of age. The apartment features an open kitchenette with a combined cooking and dining area. The integrated, modern kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a microwave with grill function, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with a pull-out range hood, an oven with convection and grill, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a Senseo pod capsule machine, toaster, electric kettle, kitchen scale, hand mixer, and other practical appliances—it has everything you need for cooking. The dining area, featuring an extendable glass table and swing chairs, rounds out this space. The adjacent living area is furnished with a dresser, a floor lamp, a coffee table, and a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). The living area is complemented by a DAB internet radio and two adjustable TV stands with smart TVs. Enjoy a small selection of board games. You won’t have to go without an internet connection (Wi-Fi) while on vacation—it’s included. The furnished balcony (facing northwest), complete with a parasol and a Weber electric grill, is accessible from the living and dining area as well as from the bedroom. A beach chair further enhances the balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a nightstand with matching reading lamps, and a spacious closet with a safe. A special feature of the bedroom is its second small balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower, a washing machine, and a sink area with a mirror cabinet and a hair dryer. The separate toilet also features a small sink area. There is a built-in closet in the hallway of the apartment. It contains a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, an iron with an ironing board, and cleaning supplies. A private parking space (No. 20) is located in the building’s underground garage (entrance height: 1.80 m). The basement area (No. 624) is equipped with a 230-volt outlet, so you can charge your own e-bikes and bicycles here. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome here for a fee! You can book an initial laundry package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) up to 14 days before arrival for an additional fee, or you can bring your own. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.
