Spanning approximately 90 square meters, this fully renovated vacation apartment accommodates up to six people. It features a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a separate sleeping area (in the living room), a cozy bedroom, and a modern bathroom. The sofa set in the living and dining area can be converted into an additional sleeping area (sleeping surface 140x200 cm) for up to two people if needed. The bright bedroom features a comfortable double bed (sleeping area 180x200 cm) for up to two people. Please note that the separate sleeping area in the living room is divided from the living area by a partition wall and cannot be locked.

The vacation rental is located in a historic, listed patrician house and combines state-of-the-art amenities with unique vintage design. The rustic ambiance of the historic building blends charmingly with contemporary comfort and like-new furnishings. Dogs are allowed in the “Bodensee-Traum” vacation apartment. A private parking space in an ideal city location is available free of charge in the inner courtyard of the vacation rental.
