Inside, Blue Meridian combines the comfort of a family beach house with the elevated finishes and amenities of a luxury vacation rental. The open-concept main living area was designed around spending time together, with comfortable seating, a spacious kitchen, and large dining areas that make family dinners and group meals easy.

The fully equipped kitchen includes quality cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, glassware, serving pieces, and appliances—so whether you're making pancakes with the kids, preparing a seafood dinner, or mixing drinks before sunset, you'll have what you need.

Blue Meridian offers keyless digital entry, allowing you to check in without coordinating keys or meeting someone at the property.

Your unique access information will be provided before arrival.
Standard check-in is after 4:00 PM.
If you're interested in an early check-in, feel free to message us before your arrival. When our cleaning schedule allows, we'll be happy to accommodate it.

Private Elevator

Blue Meridian includes a private residential elevator, making it much easier to move luggage, groceries, coolers, and beach gear between levels.
Please follow the elevator instructions provided inside the home and ensure children are supervised whenever using it.

Parking

Private on-site parking is available for guests.
Please keep vehicles within the designated parking areas and follow all local parking regulations. Oak Island parking rules are enforced, particularly during peak beach season.

House Rules

We love sharing Blue Meridian with guests and ask that you treat the home and our neighbors with the same respect you would your own.

A few important rules:
• No parties or events without prior approval.
• Please observe quiet hours and be respectful of our neighbors.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• Please supervise children around the pool, decks, stairs, and elevator at all times. Pool alarm is installed per code for safety.
• No glass in the pool area.
• Please do not leave food outside or otherwise attract pests.
• If something is accidentally damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that accidents happen and appreciate the communication.
• Please follow all posted elevator safety instructions.

The easiest way to reach us is through the booking app. We monitor messages closely and aim to respond quickly.
