The space
You’ll be staying in a 2-story townhome unit in a duplex building.

This unit features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom and dedicated 2-car carport parking.

1st floor features an open floor plan that includes a living room, a powder room, dining area, and a modern kitchen with butcher block island. Living room features a 65 inch TV and a sectional couch. Spacious kitchen and dining combined can accommodate eating space for 8 guests.

2nd floor is consisted of 3 bedrooms (king bed/queen bed/queen bed + office desk) and 2 full bathrooms (master bath & a full bathroom located in hallway).

Master bedroom has a king bed, 52 inch TV, master bathroom with upgraded walk-in shower.

2nd bedroom: queen bed, 32 inch TV.

3rd bedroom: queen bed and office desk/chair/monitor, making remote-working easy.

A pack-n-play for guests with small children can also be arranged upon request.

All TVs are equipped with streaming apps.

Parking: 2-car covered carport that is connected to the back patio entry of the unit.

Entrance: You can enter the unit via either the front door or sliding patio door connected to 2-space car port. Front door is equipped with Ring camera and smart keypad access for self check-in. Back patio door requires a physical key which is left in the unit for use during your stay.

Guest access
Guests can use the entire unit which is right half of the building if looking at the building exterior photo. Front door is smart-lock enabled for self checkin
