But the view wanders outside, through the large panoramic windows directly onto the blue Mediterranean Sea. Here you live in harmony with the sound of the sea. Open the panorama doors and enjoy the closeness of the water, as nothing separates you from the waves of the sea. The well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom are also on this level. In the basement there is the so-called library, a tribute to the thinkers who animated this house. Here you will find many books but also various seating areas and another sleeping accommodation. Large panoramic windows open onto a large terrace with dining area, the absolute highlight of the house. You have here a private access to the sea directly from your terrace. The house is located on a cliff and a steep path has been cut into the rock, which is not accessible to the public. Only the residents of the building have access from their terrace. The water here is of a pristine clarity that is rarely found on public beaches. Enjoy this unique atmosphere of having the Mediterranean Sea all to yourself!

Two comfortable double bedrooms ( 160x200), one with air conditioning on the upper floor, two bathrooms and another balcony offer plenty of space for four to five guests.The house has a parking space for vehicles with a maximum size of 4.50m high x 1.70m wide. If your vehicle is too big, you can drive up to the house to load and unload and then have to use the public parking space or book a parking space separately in a nearby garage.
