A boat ramp is only 1.5 miles from the house, making it easy to get on the water. Explore all that Port Orange and nearby Ponce Inlet have to offer.

I’ve always loved the beach, so owning a home near the ocean has truly been a dream come true. Growing up, Florida was always my favorite place to visit, and I’ve carried that love of sunshine, sand, and the laid-back Florida lifestyle with me through the years.
When I first discovered this charming home, I immediately fell in love with its throwback Florida beach vibe. It has that special feeling of old Florida—comfortable, cheerful, relaxed, and just a little nostalgic.
One of my favorite things about having this home is being able to spend time here with my family during the winter months. There’s something wonderful about escaping the cold, gathering together, and enjoying simple days at the beach.
