The bright and modernly furnished two-room Lago Rosso apartment is located on the first floor on the right side of a guesthouse built in 2019 in a quiet residential area in Langenargen, just a 5-minute walk from Lake Constance.

The apartment features a living room with a sitting and dining area, as well as an open kitchen with a large window facing the garden. On the private, covered terrace, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast surrounded by greenery, relax on a lounge chair, or wind down the day with a dinner featuring regional delicacies and a glass of Lake Constance wine.

The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a towel warmer. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm). Upon request, an additional sleeping arrangement can be set up in the living room, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to three people.

All windows are equipped with electric roller shutters. A private parking space is available in front of the house, and bicycles can be securely stored in a locked bike shed with an e-bike charging station. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room in the basement. The town center, with shops for daily necessities, is also just a 5-minute walk away.

Important Note:
One laundry package is provided per guest, which includes a shower towel, a regular towel, bed linens, and sheets. The local tourist tax is charged separately per night and per person.
