The Miramare apartment complex was lovingly built in the traditional seaside resort architectural style and is situated in a prime location in the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn, just a few steps from the promenadeand the fine sandy beach. The bright 2- and 3-room vacation apartments are tastefully furnished, feature Wi-Fi, and have at least one balcony. Guests at this vacation complex have free access to a sauna area with three different types of saunas. Each vacation apartment has an assigned underground parking space. From the underground parking garage, you can easily take the elevator with your luggage to the floor of your vacation apartment. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weight limits in the underground garage for so-called “duplex parking” (where two cars are parked one above the other)!

CHARMINGLY FURNISHED 2-ROOM VACATION APARTMENT WITH 2 BALCONIES AND OCEAN VIEWS
Welcome to Apartment No. 27 in the Miramare apartment building! You’ll be staying in an approximately 52 m² 2-room vacation apartment located on the 2nd floor of the building. The inviting living area is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a large dining table with 5 chairs, and a kitchenette. Here you’ll find all the essential kitchen appliances and utensils you need to prepare your “perfect dinner” (a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven with a range hood, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, and much more). The bedroom with a double bed and the tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet round out this apartment.

SPECIAL NOTES
Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are available for rent on a per-person basis. Please order these in advance so that we can have the linens package ready for you in the apartment before your arrival. As an additional service, Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge; however, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions. There is a sauna in the building that you may use free of charge. During peak season, a beach chair is available to you free of charge.

Guests of this vacation rental have access to a free underground parking space (underground parking space 7 WE27). Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weight limits in the underground garage for so-called “duplex parking” (two cars parked one above the other)! The building has an elevator accessible from the first floor. There is no direct access to the elevator from the underground parking garage.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
