Welcome to our cozy family home on the outskirts of a village in the Brière Nature Reserve. Thanks to its very large fenced-in garden (approx. 8,000 square meters), this house is an oasis of tranquility and offers children plenty to explore.
Sandy beaches and the unspoiled rocky coastline with its swimming coves are all within about 17 km. Other popular tourist destinations such as Guérande, the salt marshes, La Baule, the Gulf of Morbihan, Nantes, and many more are easily accessible.
The Accommodation
Our family home is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. In addition to our own use, we also rent it out to vacationers, as it is a wonderful place to spend a vacation.
The large pool is available from June 1 through September 1. It is not heated, but can still be used in inclement weather thanks to its telescoping canopy.
The house accommodates up to 8 people and includes:
- Upper floor: two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet
- in the annex: a family room with a double bed and a sleeper sofa, and a bathroom with a shower
- on the first floor: a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet
- a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and necessary appliances, as well as a dining and living area.
Towels and bed linens are provided.
- In the garden: a garden table and chairs, an outdoor grill, and lounge chairs
You’ll also find books and suggestions for excursions in the region inside the house.

Additional Important Information
The village has all the shops you need for daily necessities, including a supermarket with a gas station, a pharmacy, a tourist information center with bike rentals, a newsstand, bars, restaurants, and a doctor.
There is a market on Church Square on Tuesday mornings.
