The vacation rental is located near many mountains and lakes, with plenty of opportunities for day trips; it’s close to the border town of Burghausen and not far from Salzburg, the city of Mozart. The town has shopping options (Edeka/Netto), as well as a pizzeria, a doctor’s office, and a dentist. Thermal baths are accessible by car from there, and there are bike paths in the surrounding area. Beautiful walking trails along the Alz River are within walking distance. Mostbauer is nearby by e-bike or car; occasional rides may be available. In winter, cross-country skiing is possible (depending on snow conditions), and downhill skiing is easily accessible by car.
