Rahlfs Hus Fewo 1 - KLEINER KNUT: modern furnished 3-room apartment

This modern, well-equipped 3-room apartment (approx. 64 m²) on the first floor, located near the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living area and both bedrooms is high-quality wood laminate; the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious hallway, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The modern and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with 2 couches and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, south-facing terrace (approx. 7 m²), which is furnished with patio furniture. Here, you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, and a selection of board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The separate kitchen (with a serving hatch to the living/dining room) includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet, and has direct access to the terrace.

The separate second bedroom features a bunk bed—the lower bunk is 1.40 m wide and can accommodate two people (max. 1 adult / 1 child) for a good night’s sleep. The top bunk is 0.90 m wide.

To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains or pleated blinds.

The spacious and modern bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower, toilet, a bathroom shelf, and ample additional storage space.

In addition, the apartment has a separate guest restroom and a separate storage room for suitcases and luggage.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your vacation apartment (about 100 m) for washing your vacation clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 6) assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete bedding—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
