Ulmenhof WE 7: a modern, quiet, and welcoming 2-room apartment

This cozy, bright, and spacious 2-room apartment (approx. 61 m²) on the 2nd floor (no elevator) is highly functional and fully furnished. The living room and hallway have laminate flooring, the bedroom has carpet, and the kitchen area and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair free of charge upon request.

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, closet, and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with two comfortable sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table, a spacious wall unit, and a dining table with four chairs. From the living room, you have direct access to the beautiful, approximately 5 m² balcony (facing west) with balcony furniture—here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the afternoon and evening sun!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV as well as a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).

The adjacent open-concept kitchen area features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-burner stove, exhaust fan, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet.

The fold-out wall bed (140 cm x 200 cm) in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for two more people.

The spacious and bright bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower, sink, and toilet, a hair dryer, a bathroom chair, and ample storage space.
In addition, the apartment includes a storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large coat closet (with a cabinet and mirror) in the apartment’s hallway.

If needed, a public laundromat at Dünenstraße 9 is available for washing your vacation clothes.

You can park your car for free in the parking space (No. 7) assigned to your apartment, right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in the building’s bicycle storage room. If you are not bringing your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large shower towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, a surcharge of 10.00 € per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the above specifications (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
