Vacation Apartment 03 in the “Villa Bismarck” in Kühlungsborn is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The apartment is located on the first floor of “Villa Bismarck” and features a west-facing balcony. With 65 m² of living space, it accommodates up to 4 people and is divided into a living and dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower.

The cozy living area is furnished with a couch, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. You can, of course, use the Wi-Fi connection free of charge. Here you can enjoy relaxing and social evenings. The dining area, with a large table and four chairs, offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped and features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and an oven. Small kitchen appliances such as a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster round out the amenities.

In the bright bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe with ample storage space. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and a dresser. Both bedrooms have curtains for privacy or to block out light.

The shower room is equipped with a large sink and plenty of counter space. A hair dryer is also provided. The bathroom and kitchen are tiled, while the bedrooms and living area have carpeted floors.

This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed. You can park your car in outdoor parking space No. 3. You can store your bicycles in the bike storage room. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s common areas.

The vacation rental is centrally located in Kühlungsborn-West. A bike rental shop is right nearby. Shopping options are about 150 meters away, and the fine sandy beach is about 350 meters away.

Booking Information:
The rental price already includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented from us for a fee (without making the beds).

Our Villa Bismarck apartment complex is located in the center of Kühlungsborn West. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 400 m away. The popular beach promenade is also within easy walking distance of Villa Bismarck.

The building’s central location ensures short distances to shopping and restaurants. Behind the building, guests will find one outdoor parking space for each apartment. Villa Bismarck features a bicycle storage room as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

The individually furnished apartments are suitable for 2–4 people. All apartments feature a comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchen area, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
