Ulmenhof WE 11: modern, high-quality furnished 1-room apartment

This modern, very tastefully and high-quality furnished one-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) on the 3rd floor (top floor) is highly functional and fully furnished. The apartment features high-quality vinyl flooring, and the bathroom/toilet is tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a mirror and a coat rack, you can easily access the other living areas of your apartment.

The modern and spacious living/dining area features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, ottoman, and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, as well as a sideboard and various shelves.

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen area features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The inviting and very cozy sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.60 m wide), nightstands, a spacious closet, and various shelves.

The exclusive and modern bathroom (with natural light / window) features an open shower with a low threshold, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, and ample storage space.

The apartment also has its own washing machine in a separate built-in closet in the bathroom. There is also a small storage area here for cleaning supplies and similar items.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the apartment’s spacious entryway.

You can park your car for free in the parking space assigned to your apartment, located right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in the building’s bicycle storage room. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted in the apartment—thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
