Dünenschloss H1 WE13: comfortably furnished 3-room apartment close to the beach

This comfortable, very spacious, light-filled, and Mediterranean-style 3-room apartment (approx. 75 m²) on the 1st floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and built-in closet, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.

The spacious, light-filled, and very tastefully furnished living/dining room—featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout and a magnificent direct ocean view—includes a seating area with a comfortable couch, armchairs, ottomans, and a coffee table; a separate dining area with a dining table and 6 chairs; and various cabinets and sideboards. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 5 m² partially covered balcony (facing west) with balcony furniture—here you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful side view of the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern and very large (65-inch …!) flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, as well as some books and board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, an armchair, and a spacious closet, and also has direct access to the balcony.

The additional second bedroom, with a direct view of the Baltic Sea, features a pull-out sofa bed, a closet, and a small shelf.

The bright and inviting bathroom features a bathtub, sink, and toilet, a makeup mirror, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet in the apartment’s hallway. A large built-in closet is also available here for your suitcases and other luggage.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in the apartment complex’s bicycle storage room. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

The elevator provides convenient access to all floors of the building.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
