Experience the perfect getaway in this beautiful 3-room apartment with a spacious terrace, located right near the beach.

This modern apartment accommodates up to 4 guests in approximately 51 m² and features free Wi-Fi. Enjoy the amenities of an indoor pool, a sauna, and a fitness room right on-site. A private parking space for your car and secure storage for your bicycles are also available.

The light-filled, modern apartment is decorated in a maritime style. It offers a functional floor plan and is fully equipped, including tiled floors for easy cleaning.

The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom furnished with new furniture, featuring a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet, as well as a second bedroom, which is also decorated in a nautical style and features a spacious closet and a bunk bed for two people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The living/dining room is furnished with a high-quality leather sofa set, a dining table for four people, and a flat-screen TV. From the living room, you have direct access to the spacious, partially covered terrace (facing west) with patio furniture, where you can enjoy nature and the green surroundings.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. There is an ample supply of dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils.

The spacious bathroom features a wheelchair-accessible shower, a sink with vanity cabinet, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

An elevator provides convenient access to all floors of the building.

This ground-floor vacation rental is also suitable for older adults.

Please note that pets are unfortunately not allowed in this apartment and smoking is permitted only on the terrace.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in the apartment complex’s bicycle storage room. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex.

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
