Sonnenresidenz WE10: friendly 2-room apartment close to the beach with large south-facing balcony

This cozy 2-room apartment (approx. 40 m²), located very close to the beach on the 1st floor, is highly functional and fully furnished. All rooms in the apartment have tile floors.

The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a mirror and a coat rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.

The inviting and light-filled living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out) sofa bed, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, a living room cabinet, a sideboard, and a dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 9 m² sunny, covered balcony (facing south) with balcony furniture and lounge chairs. Here, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen area features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet, and also has direct access to the balcony.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person.

The inviting bathroom features a shower, a vanity with an illuminated mirror and a spacious cabinet, a toilet, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large coat closet (with a mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in an annex to the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the residential complex grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
