Have you always wanted to go to the moon? Then we might have just the thing for you to take that first step in that direction right here on Earth! Located above Stresa, in the Levo district, we’d like to introduce you to the beautiful “Residenza Luna.” Perched on the slopes of Mottarone, you’ll find yourself in a magnificent vantage point overlooking the lake—and definitely closer to the sky. All nine residential units will be completely renovated by spring 2024 and tastefully furnished in a modern style with an eye for detail. Each apartment features at least one private outdoor area, some with fantastic views of the lake, the Borromean Islands, and the mountains. Those who enjoy outdoor activities will find numerous opportunities here for hiking or biking on well-marked and well-maintained trails. Golfers will also find plenty to enjoy: the “Alpino di Stresa” Golf Club is just under 3 km away, and by far the most beautiful golf course on Lake Maggiore, the “Golf des Iles Borromees,” is only about 7 km away. After an eventful day, you can then take a dip in the hot tub (1.85 m x 1.20 m, open from March 15 to November 15 each year) and relax on one of the lounge chairs in the shared outdoor area (artificial turf). Then enjoy the impressive view from your balcony or terrace with a glass of wine—if that doesn’t sound like vacation and relaxation, what does? You really don’t need to go to the moon when you can already have heaven on earth! All apartments feature underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi. That way, you can make the rest of the world jealous with your vacation photos. There’s a bar about 200 m away and two restaurants about 3 km away. The beautiful lakeside promenade in Stresa, with its inviting restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops, as well as the public beach and the boat dock, is about 6 km away. A washing machine and a clothes dryer are available for shared use in a separate shed. The private parking lot at House A has four free charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes. Guests staying in House A can park their vehicles either there or directly in front of the property. For House B, the free parking spaces located about 20 m away are available; tenants of the one-room studio apartment may drive up to the private garden for loading and unloading. Groups of young people under 25 are not permitted due to past negative experiences.

■ Bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 1.90 m) and access to the approximately 7 m² balcony

■ Second bedroom with 2 single beds that can also be placed side by side (each 0.80 m x 1.90 m)

■ Modern bathroom with shower, bidet, and window

■ Covered balcony measuring approx. 7 m²

■ Approx. 25 m² corner balcony with a fantastic view of the Borromean Islands, the lake, and the mountains

■ Approx. 100 m² communal garden with a hot tub and lounge areas
