The "Möwennest" in the Berolina House offers a comfortable retreat for up to 5 guests, located on the third floor. The main living area features a cozy living/bedroom with a chaise lounge, a single sleeper sofa, and direct access to a furnished balcony. A separated sleeping area includes a double bed with two single mattresses (90x200 cm) and a wardrobe. There is also a separate room with a sleeper sofa (140x190 cm). The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a dining area, and the modern bathroom, completed in spring 2025, includes a shower. Guests have access to communal amenities, including a swimming pool and laundry facilities with washers and dryers available on floors 1 to 4 for a fee. A parking space in the underground garage is included. Please note that smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
