Tres habitaciones con camas King en el maestro y una habitación de invitados. La tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales. Todas las habitaciones incluyen un baño privado. Master contiene una bañera de hidromasaje. Cada baño ha sido completamente renovado junto con la cocina con encimeras de Corian. Maytag lavadora y secadora ubicadas en la unidad para mayor comodidad. El dormitorio principal y la sala de estar miran al océano a través de grandes ventanas correderas. Magnífica vista de 180 grados del océano desde el porche. La unidad de almacenamiento contiene sillas de playa, sombrillas de playa, juguetes de arena, pelota de bocci y tablas de surf. Todo lo que necesitas es un traje de baño y protector solar.

Annual trip to Myrtle

We have stayed in this complex probably for the past 10 years. One of the nicer units we have stayed in. Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Amazing place to stay.

The owner was very quick to answer questions. The place was so clean and had anything you needed while on your trip. Highly recommended and we will def be back.

Awesome location on beach

Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the great ocean breeze. Outdoor furniture c/b updated, but no big deal. Comfortable beds. Loved the couch. They supply you with everything you need for the beach. Was surprised we had to put the bed linens on our stripped beds though. Not a deal breaker, but surprised. Would still comeback as location & parking were great. Thanks!

Fabulous place and location.

We have been in this complex (Crescent Sands) before and this unit was superior. Clean with everything that you will need. Nice beds and linens to towels to cooking supplies to storage to things working...excellent. We were allowed to use items in the beach storage room. That helps a lot. You don't need to pack beach chairs or umbrellas...that was great. Never underestimate the spacious balcony. The 3rd floor is ideal. The owner is responsive. You'd be hard pressed to beat this place. We had a great time and we would love to stay in this unit again.

Great Stay!

Enjoyed our week at Myrtle Beach. Location was perfect and safe! Quick trip to restaurants and shops as well. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week.

Absolutely perfect place to unwind!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Very clean and welcoming. The owners allowed us to use their beach chairs and other beach toys. We have been staying at Crescent Sands for many years. This is the third condo we have rented and found it to be the best yet!

This unit needs a lot of updating and care.

Crescent sands is a great location but next to a public access to beach so busy. Convenient to beach and the views are special. The unit was in bad shape. Very dirty. Holes in sheets. Broken curtains. Wall mirror on floor against wall. Both sliding doors on both balconies had broken locks. Could not secure the unit. I could go on but in summary, the pictures do not tell the actual condition. Owner was notified and is aware. Way too overpriced for condition.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials. Check in and out was simple and owner was always very responsive to questions.

The unit was comfortable but dirty. Could write my name in dust. Food crumbs everywhere. Yuck!!

The property was very nice. The proximity to ocean was the best! Outdoor areas were clean and neat! The view from inside was perfect! However, the balcony was filthy and hadn't been cleaned in ages! Chairs were dirty. You need to put towels on them if you don't want your clothes dirty! The owner never sent the keys as promised and asked for the balance paid in full before deadline. The amenities listed said linens provided. Not true!! Had to pay extra and they had holes in the towels and were so thin you could hardly dry yourself! The bed sheets were so threadbairn and old we thought for sure they would rip while making the beds!! The bathroom rugs hadn't been washed in ages and the showers were dirty. The master bathtub had slimy scum all over the filter for the jets and soap scum around the shower doors!! The tub is not big enough for an adult so don't think about taking a bath in the "jacuzzi!" Would not go barefoot inside the unit. There were fish crackers around the sofa in the living room and luckily we didn't need to use the pullout! Afraid of what would've been there! Crumbs everywhere and kitchen floor wasn't mopped! On the plus side, plenty of cleaning supplies so I vacuumed and cleaned. Not what I wanted to do on vacation!! Had to put sheets on and in the twin bed room, there were bottle caps and pieces of dried food between bed and walls! Hadn't been cleaned in ages!! In the master you could write your name in the dust on the base of the tv!!! This unit some updating! Most units have keyless entry's. not this one! Because the owner didn't send the keys as promised, there weren't enough for all. My sister rented in the same building and her unit had keyless entry, updated appliances, and was far better than this condo for a little less!!! Her linens were included !! We have been coming to North Myrtle Beach for 30 years, as previous timeshare owners this unit leaves a lot to be desired. We had a great time on our vacation once we cleaned the unit and settled in. I would expect reimbursement for at least the linens however I doubt that would happen ! My suggestion would be to take pictures like I did ! Again, other units in this building where of better quality !

Perfect

We absolutely loved this place. The view waking up to this each day was awesome. 6 adults we had plenty of space. Place was stocked with everything for the beach. We will stay here again if we get back to the area.

Condo was beautiful and just right size for our family.

Our family of seven really enjoyed this condo. Everything was provided and the view was spectacular! We really appreciated having beach chairs available as we did not have to bring them with us. We walked on the beach almost every day and our granddaughter enjoyed the nice pool. The condo was very comfortable and decorated beautifully, and the owner provided great service. We highly recommend this condo.

WONDERFUL VACATION!!

What a GREAT vacation!!!! All the way from Columbus, Ohio first time to Myrtle Beach and we had a blast! There was a total of 8 of us and we were all comfortable in the condo. For me personally sitting on the balcony listening to the waves was just so relaxing. Everyone we talked so friendly and nice from our neighbors to people on the beach. None of us really ever want to go back to work after any vacation but this time it really hurt to go back to work and not wake up to seeing the beach and hear the waves. The condo was so clean and just had everything we needed to make our dinners when we did not eat out. I did not have direct contact with owners but my friend did and she said he was for sure on top of things if we needed anything but needless to say we didn't cause it was already there. She said he was very nice and was quick to answer any questions we had before getting there. So for the next people who are looking to rent a condo on the beach for a vacation I strongly recommend this one. You will have a wonderful time for sure. Everything from shopping to finding a place to eat is right there for you. Hope to rent this condo again the future!

What a great vacation!

We stayed for last several days at this fabulous condo and we hope to be back again and again! This is truly the best rental we have ever stayed at. It is just as described (better actually) and just like home. You really only need to bring your bathing suit and some sunscreen! The owners of this condo have made sure that everything has been thought of to make your stay comfortable and relaxing from beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and beach towels, games and books. My daughter actually picked up a novel and read it lol ! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. If you want it, it's there! It is clean and comfy and right on the ocean. There was space for everyone the view from the ocean front balcony very peaceful. We really could not have asked for a better get a way!

Great Stay in Myrtle Beach

Our son went to Coastal Carolina University and we fell in love with the area and hence purchased the vacation property. We have a second son who is a surgeon in Charlotte and the property has been used for our family reunions. The same families have been renting our property year after year because it is located right on the beach and is one of the most desirable units due to its renovations and location in the middle of the building.

This property location is ideal. It is right on the ocean so one can be on the beach in seconds. The views are terrific. North Myrtle Beach is a family area and families regularly return to this property because of its proximity to entertainment, dining and recreation

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The view of the ocean and proximity to the beach from the property is the key reason why people return year after year. The building has only 54 units so it is modestly sized. This makes the beach spacious, the pool always available and no waiting for parking or elevators.

Our available storage area has beach chairs, boogie boards, flotation devices, Bocci ball and sand toys available. Coolers are available as well as a generous supply of beach towels. All you need is your swim suite, sun screen and a good book to read.
