Deva 205 es un moderno 3 dormitorios, 2 y medio baño de un condominio en la zona de moda de Coco Beach de Playa del Carmen. Nuestra casa de manera confortable está muy bien decorado con todas las comodidades que se puede pedir para hacer sus vacaciones maravilloso. colchones de alta calidad y ropa de cama, cocina totalmente equipada, conexión inalámbrica a Internet, conexión para iPod y 3 nuevos televisores de pantalla plana. 1 Rey BR (con baño propio) 1 Queen BR, y 1 con 2 camas de tamaño completo. W / D, aparcamiento, seguridad las 24 horas. Cable, internet. Cada habitación tiene su propio aire acondicionado.

Tenemos sillas de playa y sombrilla, o simplemente usted mismo parque en Canibal Royale, (uno de los mejores clubes de playa en la zona) y sentarse en uno de sus salones! Obtener un masaje en la playa, alquilar una moto de agua, o simplemente relajarse!

Si desea explorar la famosa 5ª Avenida, que está a sólo unos pasos de distancia! Allí podrá encontrar numerosos restaurantes, bares y tiendas de todo lo que necesita.

Great stay, great place!

The Deva 205 condo was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoying our stay. The rooftop pool and close proximity to 5th avenue were hands down the best part of our vacation. We enjoyed walking everywhere and using the pool in the mornings and afternoons. The beach was a little disappointing, but certainly more than addressed by the water view from the pool! I would definitely stay here again. The pillows and linens were a little disappointing (the pillows were very, very broken down and the linens showed a lot of wear).

Lovely condo!

Deva 205 is a lovely and spacious condo conveniently located about 2 blocks from both the beach and from the lively Fifth Ave. (Avenida Quinta.) There is 24-hour security and a small but refreshing rooftop pool and hot tub. Our group of 5 enjoyed the "comforts of home" during our week-long stay at Deva 205.

As described and more!

Location and condo were great. We prefer to experience some local culture versus a resort and this was the right setting. It was close to touristy activities & resorts where you could rent a chair & umbrella to be pampered, but also just a couple blocks away from friendly restaurants with no English on the menu. We flew into Cancun and rented a mini-van for our group of 3 couples visiting to celebrate 40th birthdays. Driving went smoothly & it was great to have reserved parking. We took a day trip to Chichen Itza (worth hiring a guide when you arrive), lunch in Valladolid overlooking a cenote, then swimming in the cenote & climbing the ruins at Ek Balam. Rooftop pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. We emailed ahead to ask about number of beach towels & a couple other items and all were made available although not originally listed. Take the recommendations of the property manager. They were all spot on. Look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful

Overall the place was very nice.There were a few minor things that could be addressed (repaired)toilet seats were lose sinks didn't drain very well. Still very nice not a problem.Claudio was a big help.He came and found us when we where lost trying to find the place.Thanks Claudio

Very good location and attractive apartment.

Beautiful view of the beach and sea from the roof pool. Never saw another person there. There was a problem with the Internet, and Claudio made a temporary fix. Very responsive and friendly overseers.

Excellent condo in a great location

We stayed here in March 2016. The condo had everything we needed for all 8 of us to be comfortable. The view at the pool was amazing. The beach was just two blocks away (turn left and walk north around the bend to a gorgeous and less-crowded beach). Easy walking access to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this condo for families with children.

Spring Break in Paradise

We cannot say enough about our stay at this 3 bedroom Condo. The description of the condo is very accurate and check in was a smooth process. The property is clean and well maintained. There is also security on the property which made you feel safe. You are close to everything yet feel as though you are in your own world. There is a short walk (less than five minutes) to the beach and 5th Ave. The condo itself has everything you need to feel like you are at home during your stay. There were times when we did not to go to the beach so we decided to lounge at the pool, which is located on the rooftop of the building. The view is spectacular and you can see Cozumel as well. Looking around no other building in the area has the view as the one we had. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to call this place home and it was the best choice we made for the week.

Even nicer than the pictures

We stayed here from January 30-February 6, 2016. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and there was lots of room for everyone. The building was in a quieter part of town, 5 minute walk to the beach and 5th Ave. The music from the nearest beach club was pretty loud sometimes, but you couldn't hear it inside the condo with air conditioners running. The neighbourhood and building felt very safe. There was a 24hr security guard. The pool area well exceeded our expectations. It was very clean with beautiful views of the sea and the town. The kids would have been happy to do nothing but hang out at the pool :) There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance....El Pirata had the most amazing seafood! But we cooked most meals in the kitchen. It was well equipped to do so. I would rent this condo again!

Perfect Vacation in Paradise!!

I stayed at the condo for a week with 3 other friends (mix of girls and guys) and am still battling depression now that I'm back to the real world. We had an incredible time and the condo was perfect for us. We hope to get this condo again next year! A few topics... Arrival: Getting in the apartment was a breeze. The management company Debbie uses is really good. She gave me the contact info of the person from the management company that would be meeting me. I was able to email him and we exchanged cell phone numbers so we could communicate through WhatsApp. He was waiting for us, gave us a quick tour and was on his way. Condo: Ok, so the place new and in great condition. It looks just like the pictures, but the living room is actually bigger than what the pictures look like.....it's huge. Everything was clean, beds were made, sheets were freshly washed, etc. I can only comment on the bed in the master bedroom since that's where I slept, but that bed was comfy and didn't feel cheap. The kitchen is fully loaded with silverware, dishware, and even some basic cooking supplies like olive oil. All the appliances worked fine including the washer and dryer. The balcony is nice to have and gets a decent amount of sun, but we didn't spend too much time out there since there's the rooftop. Rooftop: The pool and hot tub were both working fine and clean. Not too many people were ever up there so that was nice. There are a plenty of lounging chairs and beds, which reminds me, the condo comes with a bunch of towels you can bring up. The roof also has a bar/kitchen and bathrooms. Infinity pool and views of the ocean, we spent a lot of time up there. Security: The complex feels very safe and is gated (you need a key to enter the complex itself). There is a security guard 24/7 who sits in the middle courtyard and watches the security cameras.....he's a really nice guy too. Location: We picked this location because it's in a more quiet part of town and close to the beach. You walk 3 minutes and you're on the beach or at the end of 5th Ave. It's close to some really great and trendy restaurants, and some convenience stores. This part of town is pretty much all brand new so there are a lot of luxury apartments over here. Negatives: Not much. There was construction across the street the street that was annoying. But it was almost done, so by the time you read this the construction will be over.

Excellent location spacious apartment and good service

We arrived on December 24th and left after New Year's Day. The manager, Alexander, was waiting for us to hand over the key and made sure we were comfortable before leaving. The unit is spacious for even 8 adults. The condo location is very good. We just walked every where even up to the ferry dock. The upstairs patio deck with the pool was great. We watched the sunrise from there one morning and the stars almost every night. You should try the restaurants off the 5th Avenue as we've discovered some very good ones with very reasonable prices. The beach is about a 5-minute walk from the condo. You can get a day pass from the resorts and enjoy all the amenities. We recommend this condo to anyone. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner and the manager. Deborah, the owner took the time to answer all our questions and provided some tips for us to explore. There are also instructions/advice left for the guests on the condo unit.

Our family is from the east coast of the US (NY, MA and VT currently) and we enjoy our time in Playa Del Carmen getting away from the cold winters and relaxing together in the sunshine. We love to snorkel and scuba dive and have found the town of Playa to be welcoming to us at every trip. From the food to the people, we love our second home and love exploring other places as well.

Our property is unique because it is beautifully decorated and fairly large, with 3 spacious bedrooms and a living/dining area large enough for a big family to spread out. It is also perfectly located on a quiet street but close enough so that you can walk in five minutes to the beach or to 5th Avenue for a quick bite or a drink.
