Gorgeous apartment, incredibly clean and amazing location a few steps from the beach and short walk to restaurants, cafes, bars etc. Lovely pool in the complex and friendly concierge. Coco is a super host, lots of info and recommendations, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend enough!!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location couldn’t be better, just a couple steps from beautiful Mamita’s Beach and all the best restaurants on 5th avenue a block away, yet tucked away on a quiet side street so you can actually relax without the noise. The condo is bright, airy, beautifully decorated and overlooks the 2 swimming pools. The large sun-filled balcony was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. The host was wonderful, attentive, friendly, and made our stay effortless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We can’t wait to come back!

Coco‘s place was fantastic, I highly recommend it. We wish we were able to close the blinds in the living room, but the previous guest broke the remote, so it was a bit like being in a fishbowl, no fault of the host. Besides that everything else was fantastic! Coco was very, very responsive and informative. We would stay here again

We hit the jackpot with this rental. Beautiful, spacious condo, steps from the beach. It was also just 2 blocks from the best shopping and restaurants in the city. It had everything we needed and was so comfortable and spotless. The very best thing was our host, who was available at all hours. My daughter's phone got wet and we asked her if she knew of a repair place, and she went out of her way to provide the name of a place to look. We will definitely book again next time we go to Playa del Carmen!

Our stay at this luxury condo in Playa del Carmen was absolutely perfect. Just steps from the beach, the condo is beautifully decorated in a chic boho style, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the modern conveniences, making it easy to cook and feel right at home, while the spacious living room and master bedroom both featured large, high-quality TVs for relaxing evenings in. Beautiful and relaxing condo!

This condo is a modern and comfortable place to settle into. It was the perfect stomping ground for a week in Playa. An easy walk to the ferry dock, 5th avenue, grocery store, fishing charter and charter bus to XelHa. The host is very responsive and has great recommendations for transfers, restaurants and all the things Playa has to offer! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay in Playa

Everything about Coco’s condo is great. It’s clean, comfortable and well located. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are great. Coco is a great host who will help with planning transportation and dining options. The pools at the property are excellent and everything is very well maintained. We had a great stay.

Great place, great host

The location could not possibly have been any better, just steps from the beach. The unit and the building was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The host was amazing!!! She could not have been more responsive! Thank you for the great stay!

Family holiday

Beautiful apartment perfect location to walk to Main Street lots of food, shops and beach so close. Staff at the condo were very helpful and Coco was the best!! Great location! I didn't need to move the car even once. It's just a 2-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Coco is a great host, proactively providing recommendations and being very responsive. The apartment is in a new building, with a 24/7 front desk and a pool bar open until 10:30 PM!

Playa del Carmen at Mamitas Beach

July 13-20, 2024. The Oceana Residences are a 4-Star property with a great pool & deck area. Our family of 4, including my 10 and 14 year old boys, had a great vacation. Mamitas Beach is a short walk from the property (less than 1 block). The beach was clean, swimmable, safe for kids, and mostly seaweed free. The Mamitas Beach staff were fun, engaging, helpful and courteous. We took a catamaran sailing excursion with the Dani Sailing crew located at the Mamitas Beach Club. David was our captain and he took us to the reef north of the beach which was great for snorkeling. Highly recommended! Coco was our host and she was communicative and helpful. She provided options for dining, shopping, excursions and general info. 5th Avenue, the pedestrian only walking street, is a 1 1/2 block short walk to hundreds of restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment. We ate dinner on 5th Ave every night. Great options for everyone. This was a fantastic trip!

Coco’s Condo

Beautiful condo convenient to Mamista beach and Beach Club. Beautifully decorated in neutrals and perfectly equipped with everything one may need while on vacation. The large balcony overlooked the 2 pools below. I highly recommend booking this condo for your next vacation.

A great stay

This was our first time in Playa and we didn’t really know much about the location of the condo but it ended up being an awesome location, a block from the beach and only a few blocks from 5th ave where all the stores and restaurants are located. The condo was very modern and very new. The pool was great and we were able to access chairs at the beach club with our stay at the condo which was a huge plus as space was limited on the beach. Coco was an awesome host and sent us many recommendations including the car service from the airport which was very easy. Overall, there was nothing more that we could have wanted other than being oceanfront.

Spring Break

Coco's place is not only beautiful but it is centrally located and walkable to amazing restaurants and 5th Avenue. She answered all of my questions and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. There are two pools which my children loved. The property is very well maintained and the front desk staff are super friendly. I highly recommend eating at Trattoria del Centro, which was a Coco recommendation. It was my favorite place we ate at. The beach club is less than a block away--I would recommend getting there earlier during high peak season as it fills up quickly. We did two days at the beach and both days were wonderful. We truly had a such a fun vacation and would come back again. We did go during spring break so the music at nearby establishments was a little loud but it didn't affect our trip or experience. Thank you Coco for having us. We loved it all.

LOVED it!!

This condo is just as lovely as it appears in the pictures. Its modern, stylish, comfortable, well equipped, and clean. We had a group of 5 adults and the condo worked very well for everyone. The pool area is great with plenty of comfortable seating and a bar available in the afternoons and early evening. The location is really handy with 5th Avenue about a block away and the beach about a half block away. This is a lively area with several bars and restaurants and bars nearby. Coco was very helpful and friendly. She responded quickly to every question we had and exceeded our expectations with suggestions for things to do and local resources. She helped to arrange transportation for us with a local friendly and safe driver. She really works hard to add value to the whole Playa experience.

Family at the beach

We had a wonderful New Years week in Playa del Carmen. Coco is a wonderful host and responsive before and throughout the trip. My only caveat is the noise on the street from the heavy bass music is non stop from 1pm until well into the night. The pool and the beach is also very loud all afternoon and is crowded - often difficult to find a chair after late morning. Coco's condo is lovely and is very comfortable with a great balcony. It is so convenient to have a pool, the beach, and 5th avenue right at your fingertips. If you don't mind VERY LOUD music the location is fantastic. We enjoyed fabulous restaurants and a new upscale grocery store within a short walk.

Property is exactly as described in listing and in good condition. Coco was great in staying connected and making sure we enjoyed our stay at her condo. Beach is 1 minute away… super convenient. Lots of choices for restaurants within a short walking distance. Entire adult family enjoyed our trip which is a great endorsement.

Coco was the best!

We loved the location and it’s perfect if you don’t want to be near the night club music. The property was very clean and beds were great! They provide plenty of towels and there is also a washer and dryer in the unit which worked out well. Very well appointed unit! The pool was beautiful and the perfect temperature! We also walked to Mamitas a few days as it’s close and convenient but we tended to like the pool a little bit better. You do not have an ocean view at this unit but it didn’t bother us one bit. The beach is literally steps away. The best part of the trip was Coco! She is super responsive, kind and caring! I cannot say enough good things about her and how she made every part of this great for us!!

You wont be disappointed holidaying with your family in this Modern, Gorgeous Building in Playa del Carmen. You can walk barefoot from your apartment door to the sand and water in 100 steps. Having 3 daughters ourselves, building security is very important to us and we have 24 hour Security Guard and a Concierge and only guests who are registered and wear a wristband have access. This building has Immaculate common areas and landscaping. The Location of this property could not be better. One and half block to LA Quinta/ 5th Avenue which is the main street to all the shops, cafés, and restaurants, and also to 38th avenue which has unique and beautiful places to eat!
