Nuestro hermoso condominio está junto a la piscina de la increíble piscina infinita de Residences El Faro. ¡A solo unos pasos de su propia terraza privada, podrá disfrutar de la piscina y solo unos pocos pasos más y estará de pie en las increíbles playas de arena blanca de Playa del Carmen! ¡La vista al mar justo afuera de tu puerta es realmente impresionante!

Estar ubicado en el corazón de Playa del Carmen lo tiene a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes, pubs, vida nocturna y el más famoso de todos, las tiendas de fama mundial de 5th Avenue. Todas sus necesidades básicas se pueden cumplir a corta distancia, incluidos los comestibles y los suministros que desee. Hay muchas opciones en el área para excursiones de un día, como pesca en alta mar, recorridos a lugares como las Ruinas de Tulum, recorridos en catamarán y los parques temáticos Excaret. y Xel-ha. ¡Un corto paseo por la playa y puede tomar un ferry a Cozumel y visitar esta pequeña isla impresionante, muy conocida por su buceo!

Superb and fantastic

This was our 5th time staying at El Faro. We’ve stayed at resorts in Playa also. This location and unit has by far been the best one yet. It was very clean and kept up. The view was amazing and very peaceful. Graham was a very nice host answering any questions quickly and prompt! Will definitely try to stay at this one again!

Fantastic stay and unit at El Faro Reef 105

This fantastic VRBO truly enhanced our Playa del Carmen vacation! The location couldn't be better – just a quick block from the vibrant shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue. We especially loved the pool area, where the attentive staff provided end tables and umbrellas upon request, making lounging incredibly comfortable. The unit itself was wonderfully convenient, with direct patio access to the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the mattresses and pillows ensured a restful sleep. Overall, a perfect stay! We'll book this unit again on our next trip to Playa del Carmen.

Fantastic property and location

Excellent property ....Pool was amazing and cleaned daily. Location has beach front access with security 24/7. Walk out the lobby doors and your in the heart of downtown Playa De Carmen and has every thing you need. Will stay there again.

It was a fairly nice place. I was not happy when the washing machine didn’t work but that stuff happens. It was a great location and I had never stayed on the ground floor and did enjoy walking right out to the pool. If you have guests wanting to use the pull out sofa though it is awful. I was going to sleep on it one night because a crab got in my room and i was afraid to sleep in there and the pull out sofa was awful. that needs to be upgraded. I couldn’t lay on it. The next day a nice worker outside on the grounds came in and caught the crab for us and saved the day. All in all it was a fun place to stay. The two bedrooms were perfect for me and my daughter. Across the street is an amazing bar and grill to end the night called Zendi’s I believe! So much fun and super close to the condo! Loved the mini mart right by the condo also. It was nice being able to walk everywhere! No car needed.

Cute condo, great pool!

The pool makes this condo! The condo itself is a little small, but it’s pristinely clean. The finishes are also beautiful. It’s a great location, a block away from Quinta Avenida, which is far enough not to be noisy at night, but an easy stroll to the action when you want it. Our only complaint was that the internet didn’t work. We explained to the host and he sent someone right away, but it still wasn’t fixed. Fortunately there was usable cell service in Mexico for us.

Relaxing getaway

Great stay and great location next to everything we need. No seaweed this time so got to enjoy the warm ocean and snorkeling. Might be the nicest swimming pool in town. We will stay again soon.

Great place to stay! Great location and Amenities!

We had a wonderful time at El Faro! It has an amazing swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Our kids spent all week in the pool. What a great place to relax and be together as a family while being close to all the action on 5 avenue. The condo is quiet but with direct pool access from the patio door. I was able to work from the patio and watch the kids swim.

Family Christmas

Great location, 5 minute walk to 5 Ave shopping, restaurants, bars. Property/ pool very clean. Reception is very helpful. The condo is well equipped & comfortable but needs a a little TLC. The host Graham is very quick to respond to any questions & concerns. Property management is close by & quick to fix anything required.

Beach Trip

What a great location! A few items that could be fixed like shower heads and faucets along with no working microwave but it didn’t take away from our stay one bit. Everyone really loved beach/pool side massages!

Perfect location!

The unit was the perfect place for our first trip to Playa Del Carmen. The front desk and maintenance staff were excellent and friendly. The unit was clean and well stocked with necessities. I didn’t realize there would be housekeeping, but it was much appreciated to have a clean unit after a long day of adventures. The location on the ground level next to the pool was ideal for letting the kids play while you watch from the comfort of your terrace. Also worth noting, are the ocean-front massages. That experience was the cherry-on-top. We will be back.

Condo unit nice, property only okay

Condo was as shown in the listing and conveniently located on ground floor at the pool. We enjoyed gathering on the private patio. Communication with host was good. There were some repair items to deal with in the condo such as rattling air conditioner and clogged sink. The front desk wasn’t interested in helping us call maintenance on these issues. While the condo itself was nice, I don’t recommend this condo property. The smell of seaweed was horrendous! We couldn’t swim from our beach due to the seaweed. While crews did work to clean up the beach and improve the smell, it was disappointing compared to other nearby properties. We spent our time in the nice pool, which would have been more enjoyable if the property managers weren’t so strict about umbrellas. We were the ONLY people at the pool and were told we couldn’t have more than one umbrella. They put their policies above guest comfort so watch out. I also had to request more toilet paper…and was given one roll. We didn’t have enough towels and had to share two towels among three guests. With all the other properties in Playa, I think there are better options than this one.

Wonderful stay

Lovely place! Being on the ground floor was great because my kids were in the pool so often. Great location near 5th avenue with tons of places to eat. Would definitely stay again!

Great place…. Great location

We stayed at Graham’s place for 10 wonderful days over Spring Break… being located poolside on the ground level was a huge bonus, hardly used the front door ( this front foyer ended up being my son’s “ bedroom” with the pullout couch). Friendly, helpful staff and Graham was easy to communicate with. Very central location… 5th Ave just far enough away the festivities didn’t keep us up. Thanks for a great vacation!

This is a wonderful property and Graham was a great host answering all of our questions and helping us with anything we might need. If you were spectacular and the location perfect for both fun in town and quiet evenings on the beach. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property in a great location

Our 10-day stay at Reef 105 was incredible. The condo unit was clean, comfortable, well appointed and close to everything. Property Manager, Graham was so helpful with every aspect of our trip. I look forward to a return trip and hope to rent this unit again. I’ve been to Mexico many times and this trip was by far, the best experience and vacation I’ve had. El Faro is beautiful and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay.
