Un gran lugar para escaparse con deck muy privado con vistas al Atlántico y la maravillosa playa de Delray. Este ático se encuentra en un pequeño complejo en el tercer piso en el corazón de la diversión de Delray Beach. Amaneceres y moonrises son espectaculares y que se enamorará de este lugar que se siente como un yate tierra personalizado. Este es un paseo de tres pisos y vale la pena cada paso! He vivido aquí por un número de años a mí mismo y puedo decir los principios de la playa por la mañana paseos y visitas nocturnas salida de la luna desde la cubierta o en la cama son difícil de superar!

Right near Atlantic avenue and the beach. Perfect location. Balcony is beautiful and gorgeous view of the ocean. Lots of lush foliage and vegetation surrounding property!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay at Vera’s property. The location is perfect, the apartment is so clean and well stocked with whatever you need, and Vera could not be more helpful. We are already booking for next year. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Amazingly beautiful

Absolutely perfect from check in to check out. The location is perfect. Just across the street from the beach. The view from the Master Bedroom is beautiful! The loft is quiet and private. Can’t wait to come back. This will be our Go-To place!!

The listing didn’t mention that it is an apartment on the third floor. In addition, the ceilings are very low in part of the bedroom—we hit our heads several times. The closet ceiling is no higher than five feet, and the same goes for the laundry closet. It feels more like an attic space.That said, the location is perfect—within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas

Excellent experience all around

I stayed this past winter for 3 months in this awesome condo across the street from the beach. The location is great for access to Atlantic Ave and all that has to offer as well the beach with the included beach club membership. The place is very comfortable and modern and has all modern amenities. The photos do a great job of showing exactly what it is like. Matt met me at the rental unit and his on-site property manager was always helpful as well. Delray Beach is great and this was a perfect place to enjoy it.

This Place is Magical!!

The lush greenery around the building makes you feel tucked away in privacy AND there are koi fish in the fountain as you walk up. Amazing location! The beach is right across the street and there are so many great restaurants/bars all within walking distance. The loft is decorated beautifully with unique art throughout and Pollock style paintings but again it feels so private with all the trees flourishing around you. Vera was super accommodating and left no stone unturned when considering what would make for a perfect stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Wonderful Place. Wonderful Stay.

The Property was exactly as advertised. Cozy but very comfortable. It is clear that this property was designed to give the maximum experience of living in a beachfront location. You could lay in your bed, which was very comfortable and watch the sun rise and then set. It us right across from the beach. All the restaurants and activities are centrally located and well within walking distance. It was fantastic. No it was perfect. I can't wait to return.

Very cozy and comfortable

My wife and I really enjoyed this little loft hideaway in the trees. Many thoughtful cohesive design elements gave us such an overall feeling of comfort and relaxation. Ample kitchen accessories and various electronics for music, computer use, etc made it easy for our business transactions while there. The view out to the ocean and sunrises are beautiful. The loft seems well insulated and when the doors are closed it is very quiet inside. The deck is very private and cozy. Vera was a pleasure to interact with, attentive, concerned, and asking us questions about potential improvements. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

This beautiful one bedroom, one full bath was in the perfect location for us. Located in a bustling area but back from the street so it was quiet and serene. We walked across the street to the beach. The beach pass provided with this VRBO was a game changer for ease. We didn't have to lug chairs or umbrella as this is provided through the pass. Restaurants and shopping were all within short walking distance and literally next door. We never needed our car. We walked every morning on the surrounding sidewalks in this safe area. I really appreciated this very clean, comfortable space. I would recommend to others and also stay again when in the area. Thank you Vera for providing this lovely VRBO and helping make our time in Delray Beach wonderful.

This thoughtful amenity enhanced our beach relaxation, allowing us to unwind comfortably without any hassle.Our accommodations were impeccably maintained and well-stocked with all the essentials and more. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay did not go unnoticed.Safety was paramount, and we felt secure throughout our visit, both on the property and in the surrounding areas. Wake up to ocean views

I can not say enough about this location. It was exactly what I needed! Set back from the traffic of A1A so you don't hear traffic noise, but still directly across the street from the beach with views of the ocean from the bedroom, living room and outdoor deck. The complex the loft is in feels like a lush tropical oasis with palm trees and other flora and fauna in the courtyard. The daily sounds of the breeze swaying in the palms was a truly meditative experience. The added amenity of the beach pass that provides you with chairs and umbrella set-up definitely sets this rental apart from others in the area. It's a significant savings as well. To purchase chair/cabana set-up would cost between $40-60 per day depending on time of year. One more note regarding the location: it is truly walk-able to everything Delray has to offer. If you don't mind walking a tiny bit, you don't even need to rent a car. Every restaurant is within 2-15 min walk (there are 3 restaurants directly next to the loft - 50 Ocean has a great chopped salad). I used a grocery delivery service my first day there and then walked everywhere else on Atlantic Ave over the course of my stay. If your goal is to spend your days on the beach and your nights on Atlantic Ave without the added expense of a rental car, you can't get any better than the location of the loft. One last thing to note: on Sunday evenings the tiki bar next door does play loud house music. If you don't enjoy house music, Sunday nights are a great night to treat yourself to dinner out in town or close the doors to the deck and watch a movie! Every other night, the music is significantly less loud & barely noticable. I spent most evenings on the deck, enjoying the sunset.

This was a wonderful spot. Cute apartment in an absolute great location. Steps to the beach, beach chair rental card, cooler available and short walk to shops and restaurants. You won't be disappointed!

Charming and Cozy little hideaway

This is a small, loft like space, cleverly designed and well appointed. The full kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is comfortable and the outdoor space is surrounded by trees and has a direct view of the ocean, which is across the street. You are steps away from the beach and a few minutes from all the attractions of Atlantic Ave and the heart of Delray. Vera is friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.
