Aquí usted disfrute el Golfo de México y de los bellos amaneceres que le esperan a diario! El balcón es el lugar perfecto para empezar el día con una taza de café recién hecho o para relajarse con una margarita en el final de un día en la playa!
Este apartamento está decorado con toques de colores vibrantes y con una decoración de playa de buen gusto para que la verdadera sensación de playa! La gran sala cuenta con un montón de asientos para su grupo con un cómodo sofá cama y un sofá de dos plazas. Podrá disfrutar de espectaculares vistas del Golfo desde la comodidad del sofá mientras disfruta de la TV LCD con cable y HBO! También hay un reproductor de DVD si planeas alquilar o traer películas con usted. Hay conexión a internet inalámbrica.
Durante la preparación de sus comidas diarias en la cocina totalmente equipada se podrá disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas del océano desde el muro de la gran sala de las ventanas! Hay asientos en la barra de la cocina para un bocado rápido y asientos para 6 en la mesa del comedor.
Hay dos dormitorios y dos baños en el condominio. We absolutely loved our experience at this property! The grounds are easy to access and kept very neat not to mention the staff were all super nice!! Our condo was prettier in person than you the pictures and decorated super cute! We will definitely book again!

Great location and nicely updated!
My wife and daughter and I had a great stay here. This place is nicely updated with great views of the beach and water. Nice overlook of the pool and spa, and literally steps away from the beach. Also nicely located on the island to easily walk, golf cart, or drive to many restaurants and cafes. Staff was easy to work with and check in/out was simple. I highly recommend this unit, and would certainly return.

Would stay again
7 of us stayed here. 4 adults and 3 children, ages 7,9, and 15. Condo provided all of our needs. Easy to get to, good location, awesome view. Property was kept very clean. Condo was clean and updated. A few blemishes here and there but great shape for a rental.

I expected a better stay for the money I spent.
Condo was clean but not all plugs worked, bed was uncomfortable and showers were outdated and needed work. The view was great.

Great Condo on the Gulf
We loved staying at Seabreeze 1 for five weeks. You can't beat the location on South Padre Island with the large balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The condo was very comfortable and was fully equipped and fully functioning. We made many of our meals in the condo. Soila, the Property Manager, and her staff are terrific! The complex is very clean and very well maintained. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. Great for relaxing and enjoying the warmth of South Padre!.

Great location & heated pool!
The building was clean, location great, pool and hot tub area wonderful, clean and well appointed. Property management did a great job corresponding with us and answering all of our questions before we arrived. The unit itself was clean, with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a fabulous view of the beach, Gulf & sunrises! Plenty of room for a family of 4. It is a little tired and could use updating but the lack of updates is reflected in the price, it was on the cheaper side of the condos we were evaluating for our trip. It was our first time to the area and we loved it, we hope to be back someday and would stay here again.

late summer vacation
Our overall experience at the Seabreeze was wonderful. We loved it every bit of our stay from checking in to checking out. Service was excellent and professional. Our room was beautiful. Just perfect. We had all the amenities we needed for our little getaway from home. The view was spectacular. The size of our condo was just perfect. The condo was very updated. Getting from our room to the pool was a breeze and as well to the beach. It wasn't difficult either. The distance was tolerable. Overall, it was a peaceful, relaxing environment with the perfect weather. Thank you for making our little getaway memorable.

What a treat! Angie, I just want to say that I really really enjoyed my stay. What a beautiful view and awesome room. I liked everything about it, especially the discounted rate.
You gave great service. I want to make this a yearly event since our golf tournament is at this time of year every year. thank you once again.

Second Visit
The kitchen was fully equipped with all gadgets and cookware. The mattress in the master bedroom was great. We liked the furniture, and the condo was exactly like the description and photos on the website. The view from the room is stunning, and we loved the balcony. This is our second time to SeaBreeze 1, and we plan to return every summer. We had a fantastic vacation with our 3 grandkids. The only issue was the water wasn't hot enough in the showers.

Beach Lover
The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room itself was ok. It was clean and roomy. The complex was not as nice as I would prefer.

Hi Clifford and Allyson, Thank you for your feedback. Please know that we do have 2 types of condos here - LUXURY and STANDARD condos. LUXURY units have been 100% renovated and feature more modern amenities such as granite countertops, master showers with built in benches, luxurious shower heads, some even have dual shower heads! Next time you are looking to make vacation plans, perhaps you will want to consider a LUXURY unit here. Sincerely, Angie

Nice
Sea Breeze is a perfect place to stay in South Padre Island. Beach view, family hung around the pool all day. It's very family orientated and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. We for sure will be back. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal
Had a great stay at the condo. Angie made sure everything was simply amazing. When traveling on business this is the way I will stay. The condo was beyond clean. Security was active on the property, so I felt safe at all times. And, maintenance was always taking care of the pool and hot tub.
Bottom line is I got much more than I expected from my stay at this property. Thank you Angie, along with your staff, for making my 3 nights simply amazing.
