This very practical and romantic 1-room vacation rental / Apartment 1ZiKB (33 square meters) is located on the 2nd floor on the right side of the main building facing east and, with its small covered balcony, is particularly popular with couples and individuals. Through a small hallway, you’ll find the living room and bedroom on the left, featuring a beautiful king- or queen-size bed (box spring) with a built-in closet and seating. It’s equipped with a large TV (cable) and high-speed internet (Wi-Fi). From here, you can access your covered balcony with side railings (east side). Straight ahead from the apartment entrance is a separate small bathroom/toilet with a window. The shower is located on the right in the kitchen area. Large kitchen with a modern glass dining table for 2 people, equipped with everything you need, including the following appliances: sink, 2-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker, and electric kettle. A microwave and an oven are available for use in the larger shared kitchen on the first floor if needed.
Beds for 2 people: one double bed/box spring (180x200) in the bedroom. If needed, 1 travel crib with a blanket, pillow, and bedding (ages 0–3) can be provided upon request for a one-time surcharge of 15€.
Bedding and towels are provided. Two washing machines and two dryers are available and can be used for a small fee.

ensures a relaxing and active stay. Our variety of vacation apartments are continuously being modernized and refurnished. They
feature beautiful living rooms and bedrooms with cable TV, radio, and high-speed internet (WiFi/WLAN), a shower room with a hair dryer, a fully
equipped kitchen, balconies on the upper floors, an idyllic courtyard with barbecue facilities, and a beautiful terrace in front of the house are very popular. A travel crib with bedding and a
laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, as well as an iron and ironing board, are available. A bicycle storage area for guests’ bikes and 2 free rental bikes from Haus Prante—for shared use on short rides around town—can be found in the backyard.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive the PyrmontCard Plus, which guarantees you an extensive leisure program.

Costs on site: Full payment of the trip price must be made by bank transfer at least 30 days prior to arrival. Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is possible from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. After payment, keys can be retrieved either independently using a key safe code or upon arrival with a cash payment. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request. The visitor’s tax of €3.40 per person (ages 18 and up) per night will be charged additionally on-site or via bank transfer. Additional charges as agreed upon apply for charging electric vehicles. The base rate includes, among other things, towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc. Pets are not allowed; in Apartment Type 1a, 1 pet is allowed (additional pets upon request) at a rate of €20 per pet per night. No meals provided.



Check-in is from 5:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
