Large terrace, 3 bedrooms, wood-burning stove, private free parking space. Dear guests, a warm welcome! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation home in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach.

Relax in our cozy vacation homes—Kliff-Häuschen, Anchor, Lotse, Matrose, Buhne 26, Meersand, Twin Anchor, Ostseeperle, Strandkoje, Jupiter, Osteebrise, Strandgut, and Saturn—just a few steps from the beach in the “Stolteraa” vacation village on Waldweg. The vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation, about 250 m from the beach. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the vacation complex. The nearby “Fuchsbar,” a small, quaint pub, is just a few steps away. The same goes for “Wilhelmshöhe,” a restaurant with a large terrace and a panoramic view of the cliffs. Why not play a round of golf at the Warnemünde Golf Course? Shopping options are about a 10-minute walk away at the Diedrichshagen “roundabout,” as is the bus stop for Bad Doberan and downtown Warnemünde.

The high-quality Kliff-Häuschen vacation home is approximately 48 square meters in size and features a ground-level bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, a living room with a wood-burning stove(firewood not provided), an open kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with a single bed. The house is designed to accommodate 2–3 people. In front of the living room is a large, sunny terrace. Highlights: bike rentals and a horseback riding stable nearby, as well as well-maintained biking and hiking trails. The Warnemünde golf course is not far away.

You can park your car in your own free parking space right next to the vacation complex (No. 25).

Amenities: Satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, kitchen with coffee maker, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, high-quality vinyl flooring.

We ask that you please do not smoke inside the house.

Charging electric vehicles is not permitted, nor is setting up tents or parking trailers/RVs. Loading and unloading is permitted at the vacation complex Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

If you book with a maximum of 1 dog, an additional final cleaning fee will be charged.

The initial supply for the house includes one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat).

Bakery, grocery store, restaurant, beach, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
- Dog/cleaning: €30.00 one-time fee
- Dog/Cliff Cottage: €5.00 per night
