Living and dining area on the first floor
The light-filled first floor of the 102 m² Schleivilla Hafenblick by Seeblick Ferien ORO vacation home houses the open-concept living and dining area. From here, you have direct access to the terrace by the sea—perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a barbecue evening with a view of the harbor activity. The cozy living area invites you to relax with a sofa arrangement, a smart TV, and high-speed internet. A wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere during the cooler months. Adjacent to it is the dining area with a spacious table and seating arrangement. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could want, including a coffee pod machine for coffee lovers.
Upstairs Relaxation Area
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with water views. The master bedroom, facing the harbor, is furnished with a double bed and offers access to a balcony as well as the large rooftop terrace. The second bedroom overlooks the Schlei, a Baltic Sea fjord, and features two flexible single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with additional flat-screen TVs and blackout pleated blinds. If you happen to have to work while on vacation, it’s by no means a bummer. This accommodation features a height-adjustable desk in one of the bedrooms.

Also on the first floor is a modern wellness bathroom with a shower and a Finnish sauna—naturally with a view of the water. On the first floor, there’s also a guest restroom, where you’ll find a washing machine.
